- Guest (1/5): Esperienza da dimenticare - L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione. Abbiamo prenotato per due adulti e un bambino di 3 anni, ma al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati in una sistemazione totalmente diversa da quanto indicato nella descrizione. Non era presente alcun letto matrimoniale, come invece promesso. In salotto c’erano un divano letto singolo e una brandina (quella rossa mostrata in foto), che si apre diventando un secondo letto singolo. Nella camera da letto, l’unico letto disponibile era un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza, completamente rotto e inutilizzabile. Potete immaginare come sia stata la nostra notte, con un bambino piccolo e nessun letto adatto. Trovo questo comportamento estremamente scorretto. Ho scritto tre email alla struttura chiedendo gentilmente un riscontro, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.

- Kim (6/5): Perfect location for a stay in Lerici - Very good location, it’s very close to the beach and the city centre. There were no bed sheets, which was a bit odd. Only two day bedspreads, which were big enough for two people to share one and use one as a bed sheet. The bathroom is very small and the sofa bed is uncomfortable - all in all the apartment is fine for one week, but wouldn’t recommend for 2/3 weeks.
