Las fotos que muestran del apartamento,son tal cual estaba. No hay nada que no nos gustase. Si que echamos de menos un tostador y un espejo de cuerpo entero.

The staff were extremely helpful and communication was fast and professional from start to finish. One of those rare places where everything actually works exactly as promised. Honestly, nothing significant to complain about. I normally never give full scores because there is almost always something that could be improved, but this stay was genuinely excellent. Everything from check-in to cleanliness and overall standard exceeded expectations.

El apartamento 1 tiene una habitación más pequeña que las demás y el armario es pequeño sin poder colgar nada. Parking a 20 euros por noche con plaza estrecha, pero al menos dan opción para aparcar en el mismo edificio.

- Olga (6/5): Aceitável se fores só dormir - A cama era confortável. Não há um sistema de blackout no quarto, a claridade entra logo que amanhece. As almofadas são péssimas. A cozinha está muito mal equipada e nem sequer há torradeira para o pequeno almoço. O apartamento é bastante pequeno.

Trato maravilloso, instrucciones muy claras para llegar al apartamento, el cual estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Burgos. Viajamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron mucho la estancia dejándonos tanto cuna como trona. ¡Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Burgos!

- Raúl (10/5): Apartamento cómodo, impecable y con estilo. - Nos ha gustado todo, la ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y cuidado, todo muy nuevo como si estuviese sin estrenar. El check in es fácil en la entrada del edificio en un ordenador, te da tu tarjeta y te indica el número de habitación. Además te dejan un sobrecito con menaje de cocina, por lo que no te hace falta comprar. La cama era muy cómoda, con varios almohadones grandes y limpios. El baño reluciente, con un estilo precioso y buena luz, la ducha nueva prácticamente. Nos ha gustado mucho, impecable. La relación calidad precio- está bien pero teniendo en cuenta la zona en la que se sitúa y lo complicado que es moverse con el me coche, creo que la tarifa de 20 euros al día es muy elevada. Creo que si ajustasen la tarifa por noche con parking incluido, sería muy mejor y adaptado a los clientes y la zona restringida de la que hablamos. Se hace muy complicada la entrada y la salida con carga. A la puerta del edificio se accede con clave, algo que resulta un poco rollo si se te olvida el móvil o no te la has apuntado en algún sitio, entendemos que la primera vez haya que acceder con código, pero una vez tenemos la tarjeta, sería mucho más fácil y cómodo acceder con ella por ejemplo.

El personal que nos facilitó la entrada antes de tiempo y la tranquilidad La forma de realizar el checking me parece muy larga. No me gusta nada que la hora de entrada sea a las 16 h y la salida a las 11 h. Al final estás 19 h y te cobran bastante dinero. Aunque es un mal generalizado que no deberíamos consentir los inquilinos.

- Roger (9/5): - Apartamento moderno, amplio y bien equipado. Las camas son muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación en el casco viejo, se puede llegar caminando a todos los sitios de interés. La calefacción estaba puesta muy alta por defecto.
- paula (9/5): Piso precioso y agradable en pleno casco histórico de Burgos - El piso es muy agradable, está precioso decorado y con ubicación excelente. Es muy cómodo tener opción de parking en el propio edificio. Las personas encargadas del check in están muy atentas y son muy eficientes y resolutivas. La hora del checkout (11 h) es un poco pronto.
- Jaime Félix (10/5): Un apartamento fenomenal. - Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, muy bien equipado. Las camas eran comodísimas y las almohadas perfectas. La temperatura ideal. El garaje fenomenal, amplio y cómodo.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes (y la zona común algo pequeña) Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento 3 Las camas y almohadas eran incómodas y en una de las habitaciones hacía muchísimo calor (la habitación con tele sin baño en suite). Hemos echado en falta un secador de pelo

- Glenda (10/5): Bonito dia estadia, nos facino! Super recomendado… Volvemos! - El apartamento bello, nos encanto cuan centrico estaba, el estacionamiento fue un plus, y las instrucciones a traves del video para accesarlo fueron claras y faciles.

- Severino (10/5): Muy buena - La ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración. Muy nuevo y cuidado al detalle. Todo de 11 Solo le pongo un pero al alojamiento, el colchón de la cama para mí era muy duro, no conseguí conciliar el sueño en la mayor parte de la noche. Una pena porque en todo lo demás el apartamento es espectacular.

- Silvestre (9/5): Goed, alleen jammer dat we pas later de kamer in konden door schoonmaak - Fijne ruime, schone kamer We konden na het inchecken helaas nog 90 min niet de kamer in door schoonmaak, dit is wel vervelend na een trip van 1500 KM maar het personeel bood hierin ook de nodige hulp en we kregen een appje zodra het appartement klaar was
