The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive. Only positive impressions — I would gladly stay here again.

• Magdalena (9/5): - An old Italian building located between the Colosseum and the Basilica of St. John Lateran. The location is very good, close to the metro, with shops and bus stops nearby. The apartment was fine and clean, and there was heating. Check-in went smoothly, and we also received help with arranging a taxi from the airport. There is little natural light, as the windows face an inner courtyard, so the apartment is quite dark. The kitchen is very small, which may also be a drawback for some, although this is basically visible in the photos.

• Chiara (7/5): Non ci torneremo. - La posizione Struttura per niente paragonabile alle foto pubblicate sul sito. L’appartamento ha bisogno di essere rinnovato . Non accogliente, senza luce naturale, le finestre danno sull’interno (tenuto male).

• Claudio (9/5): Roma tra storia e cacio e pepe - Location perfetta sita tra San Giovanni in Laterano e Colosseo. Molto comoda la disponibilità di bus per il centro città. Tutta la struttura ha buona fruibilità compresa la presenza di ascensore. Il bagno è un filino piccolo ma comunque tranquillamente fruibile.

• Tolunay (10/5): Formidabel - Locatie!! Ruim appartement voor een gezin van 4 Heel goede uitleg, medewerking, hulp etc. van de host De druk van het water mag wat meer in de douche/lavabo. De douchecabine is wel wat krap.. maar dit verschilt uiteraard per persoon

• David (8/5): Well equipped apartment in a quiet, convenient location - Convenient and friendly check in (after 10.30am), quiet and well equipped apartment in a respectable block, and within walking distance of attractions, good bars and restaurants It would have been handy to have an outside drying line and pegs since there's a washing machine in the bathroom. There is something outside but clearly hasn't been used in a while

• Rastko (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious (except for the sleeping room) nicely decorated, clean. You can see the Colosseum on one end of the street and Basilica St. Giovanni in Laterano on the other. The kitchen is well equipped,if you plan to cook, we did not 🙂 Valentina is very hospitable. Although the official heating season has passed and the city authorities have turned off the radiators, Valentina and her husband turned on the gas heating to make our stay comfortable, since the weather was quite cold in Rome for those few days... Minor things .. small bedroom, no wardrobe or drawer for things (although there is plenty of space in the large hall)... but in any case, excellent value for money!

We were greeted by a lovely lady Zhulieta who accommodated our early check in and gave us lots of advice Plenty of space and storage . Near to the Colosseum and transport links. The floors were not clean and the air conditioner was poor.

Very good location - approximately 800 m from Colosseum Little things that would be good to fix: missing sponge or cloth in the kitchen, poorly flowing faucet in the kitchen and bathroom
• Elmira (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment was great: coffee machine with capsules and personal hygiene products, comfy bed and a couch (clean sheets), looks good overall, air conditioning, dishwasher, and the main plus is the location (5-10 min walk to Colosseo). However, water from the shower might spill onto the floor with closed door. Could use some cleaning under beds.
• Jilly (7/5): very pleasant with a few annoying incidents - fabulous location clean comfortable bed there was a blackout when we were trying to pack up to leave. we found the key to the front door was difficult to use…we spent ten minutes trying to get in. the tv didn’t work because the remote control was missing

• Edyta (10/5): Exceptional - Location of the property is excellent, walking distance to the Colosseum, less than 10 minutes, from the Colosseum you walk everywhere you want to or you can take a tube, located in front of the Colosseum. The rooms were spacious, air conditioning and fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, very comfortable beds, especially the bed in a living room. Alessia was waiting for us when we arrived and explained where to go, what to avoid, overall, I would choose this property again when travelling to Rome. It felt like home, although we mainly slept and shower there. The road outside is very busy, but the house was very quiet, we barely hear any noise during our stay.
• Thomas (10/5): It was a lovely apartment in a great building at a great location - Alessia was most helpful. We were not sure of when our transportation would get us to the apartment. Alessia was there to greet us. She provided us with information on how the get around Rome, made restaurant recommendations, and other helpful information to help to maximize our enjoyment of our Rome stay. The homeowners provided pasta and a jar of sauce, which was throughful and which came in handy late one night. It was VERY confusing to figure how to open the sleep sofa. The video showed a hand go behind the back of the sofa. It did not show what had to be moved in order to open the sleep sofa. Since there is no mirror in the bathroom, which is helpful for shaving and for women doing their hair. Perhaps a mirror on a hinge on the wall may solve that problem.
