• Lidia (9/5): - Es una edificacion nueva, mentiendolo todo muy limpio, bien organizad y equipado, y con buen aprovechamiento del espacio. Muy cómodo para ir en familia o varias parejas. Y el trato del propietario excelente y atento. En general todo bien.
• Inés (8/5): - Piso confortable Al llegar teníamos solicitada una cuna para bebé, la encontramos llena de pelos y de mierda. Tras finalizar la estancia Enrique el dueño del alojamiento, me reclama el pago de 9 toallas porque una estaba manchada 1 por el tinte del cabello, cuando tan solo se ha manchado 1 no 9. Entonces… ahora al reservar un alojamiento que hay que llevar sábanas y toallas por si se manchan???? y si vomita alguno de los bebés que se alojaban, también lo va a reclamar???? VERGONZOSO

• Juan Pedro (8/5): Estupenda opción para usar de base y moverte por la región - Muy limpio, nuevo y bien decorado. La piscina comunitaria estupenda. No había ni papel higiénico, ni servilletas ni papel de cocina. Y algunos vecinos residentes en la urbanización llevan hasta el ridículo las estrictas normas de uso de la piscina.

I was there to cycle and swim which was perfect a location. The property has high quality fittings and has everything you need. There was nothing that I didn’t like - it was great!

In a great location for our needs, my granddaughter was playing football at the Pinatar arena, which was within walking distance. Plenty of parking near the apartment A small negative were the microfibre towels supplied.
• Francesca (10/5): A home from home stay for all the family - The location was perfect for us with some friendly nearby restaurants and close to beaches and the salt lakes. The apartment was clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need and more for a hassle free stay. The host met us at the apartment to explain entry and was always friendly and happy to help with any questions. We couldn’t ask for anything else
• Steve (10/5): This is an apartment where the owner clearly takes pride in it, it’s obvious. Anyone staying here will be impressed. - The cleanliness, tastefully decorated, the attention to detail (plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, more than enough toilet rolls, abundance of towels, coffee, cream, tea, sugar and biscuits in basket, water in the fridge on arrival. Spices and oil already there in the pull out rack. It does have a Nuki lock on the door which you operate by your mobile. First time I have used it, excellent, easy to use and gives the feeling of real security. The communication with Enrique was above expectation, best ever. Nothing to write here!
• Mark (8/5): Away from the busy sea front, it’s an ideal base to explore this area south of Alicante. - A spacious, clean, well appointed apartment in a quiet residential area of San Pedro del Pinatar.
• Heather (10/5): We had a fab time in Pinatar mainly as we won the Tournament but as we used the apartment as an office away from home as - Located well for a football tournament that our Daughter was playing in at the Pinatar Arena - we hired a car and there is ample parking outside - the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms the same. Kitchen very well equipped to cook anything and lots of bowls saucepans etc to do it in - when looking for cutlery it’s in a hidden drawer in the top drawer which took me a while to find! Nothing - the new keyless app was a bit confusing but we rang the host and he was great sorting it out but it was the first time anyone had used it so that wasn’t a problem as we were all learning! He has said he is making the instructions easier so hopefully he has done that.

• Peter (10/5): To good to be true! - The appartment was great. Very luxe and very comfortable. My daughter and I stayed here for a week. We enjoyed it very much. We had everything we needed and more 2 bathrooms, 6 beds, washingmachine, dryer, 2 showers, Expresso machine. It was too much. Location is great, near the highway, but also near the beach en supermarkets. Nothing, everything was great
