• Paul (9/5): Exceptional Unico. - Exceptional place to stay in Sassari. We loved the accommodation, nice and bright big room in a great location with Sassari. Nice breakfast as well in a close by coffee shop. Disappointed we only stayed 1 night here as it was fabulous.

• Magdalene (10/5): - Ein tolles Zimmer, sehr umsichtiges Personal, sehr guter Kontakt. Dafür, dass es kein Hotel war, kam es einem Hotel sehr nahe! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, drumherum ist auch abends viel los auf den Straßen. Aber die Fenster schließen sehr gut, sodass ich die bereit gestellten Ohrstöpsel nicht brauchte.

• Zehra (8/5): Godt beliggende, nær det meste, rent og attraktivt. - Var skikkelig bra, god beliggenhet, rent og hyggelig personell. Veldig små rom, men det så vi også på bildene, så kan ikke klage. Hadde gjerne hatt heis da vi kom med tung bagasje.

Location perfect and pastries for breakfast in the square were delicious, especially the pistachio. No lift which could be a problem for some as there were 4 flights of stairs. Getting in at first not easy as 3 different PIN numbers to access room. Once in you have a tab for accessing all areas. Stairs

• Olga (10/5): Отличный вариант на одну ночь. - Отличный вариант, если вам надо переночевать одну ночь, замечательное расположение, в самом центре, близко от железнодорожного и автовокзала. Очень чисто. В номере есть кофе, чай и фрукты. Поставить питьевую воду.

• Francine (10/5): Excellente surprise, je recommande vivement - La chambre était parfaite ! Magnifique, hyper propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement était idéal à deux pas de la très belle place d'Italie et des restaurants. Le parking souterrain est également à 2 minutes à pied et vraiment pas cher. Ce fut une excellente surprise. Unico nous redonne l'envie de passer plus de temps à Sassari et ses alentours. Un grand merci à Simona 😀 Rien, c'était parfait

Le confort de la chambre, la décoration et la qualité des équipements. La facilité d'accès au logement. Au cours des deux nuits que nous avons passées dans le logement, les voisins du dessus n'ont pas arrêté de bouger leurs meubles (jusqu'à minuit et dès 5h). Cela ne dépend pas de l'hébergeur mais peut-être qu'une intervention de celui-ci auprès du voisinage serait la bienvenue.

• Seitz (8/5): Super Zimmer, Frühstück etwas dürftig aber trotzdem alles TOP. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Kleiner Balkon, der zwar nur zum stehen geeignet ist aber trotzdem einen super Blick über die darunter befindlichen Straßen bietet. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Koffer zwei Stockwerke nach oben zu tragen ist anstrengend und für nicht so sportliche Leute eventuell ein Hindernis. Aber ich denke es wird gerade für einen Aufzug umgebaut. Zumindest sieht die Baustelle die sich im Treppenhaus befindet ganz danach aus. (Die Baustelle stört 0,0 und die Bauarbeiter sind sehr höflich und nett) Was tatsächlich nicht ganz so toll ist, ist das Frühstück. Es gibt einen Gutschein pro Person und Tag mit dem man sich an dem Platz ganz in der Nähe in einem Café etwas holen kann. Der Gutschein zählt aber nur für ein Crossaint und einen Kaffee nach Wahl. Die Auswahl an Crossaints und Kaffees ist nicht schlecht, aber das war’s dann auch schon. Für mich persönlich als nicht kaffeetrinker nicht optimal.

Tínhamos informação que pagaríamos no local, porém recebi mensagem, no dia, que deveria pagar antes da chegada para que podermos receber os códigos de acesso. O café da manhã bastante simples servido em cafeteria próxima. No domingo de Pascoa fomos ao café e o encontramos fechado. quando ligamos para proprietária ela falou que já sabia. Pagamos do nosso bolso e recebemos reembolso. no dia seguinte ela forneceu um croissant sem o capuccino.

• Michele (8/5): Un bel soggiorno. - Struttura a due passi dal centro città, agevole l’ingresso anche grazie alla disponibilità del personale di una cortesia infinita. Camera spaziosa di recentissima ristrutturazione, pulita e ben insonorizzata. Purtroppo non sono riuscito a capire se il climatizzatore interno funzionasse anche come pompa di calore…avendo soggiornato in inverno la stanza risultava leggermente fresca.
• ANDREA (10/5): Capodanno UNICO a Sassari. - Situata in zona centralissima a Sassari, la struttura merita un plauso per la posizione. L'host è stato veramente disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. in camera erano presenti macchina del caffe e bollitore con le capsule e le bustine per servirsi in piena autonomia. Graditissima la colazione in camera con frutta tagliata ,croissant , crostata e succo di frutta. Per parcheggiare la macchina c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento a due passi dalla struttura. Tutto assolutamente top. Unica nota dolente (haahahah) ma non derivante dalla struttura, è l'assenza di un ascensore per arrivare al secondo piano.
• Claudia (10/5): Ottima struttura - Ottima struttura, appartamento curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e dal design moderno e raffinato, situato in una zona centralissima di Sassari, vicino a tutti i principali punti di interesse, locali e bar. L’host Simona è cortese, disponibile e professionale. Check in on line, semplice e veloce. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento a pochi passi. L’arredamento molto curato. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, pulitissima e veramente comoda per le mie esigenze, attrezzata da un minibar con bevande di cortesia, un bollitore e macchina per caffè. Letto con topper comodo e confortevole. Bagno spazioso elegante e pulitissimo con doccia filo pavimento.

• Alina (5/5): Mancava anche l'ascensore ma questa informazione mi è sfuggita perché non era molto visibile - .La pulizia Ho prenotato una camera d'hotel e mi sono trovata in una struttura di affittacamere che non avrei mai scelto, soprattutto perché il prezzo era decisamente eccessivo per affittacamere. La colazione da fare parte in camera e parte in un bar ad oltre cento metri dalla struttura era assolutamente inaccettabile

Accorgimenti facilitanti (es. la chiave a contatto, la luce dimmerabile), servizi supplementari (asse da stiro, phon) ‘nascosti’ intelligentemente, il plus della frutta e del frigobar compresi nel prezzo (che si aggiungono a bollitore e nespresso), i suggerimenti su dove mangiare e cosa vedere. Nonostante non sia presente una persona fisica al check-in la sensazione è di accoglienza personalizzata

• Enrique (10/5): - Instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias. A unos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Además nos permitieron adelantar el cheek in sin ningún problema. No dispone de ascensor, que para nosotros no supuso ningún problema pero si tenerlo en cuenta en personas de movilidad reducida
