I will write down why I gave this perfect score: Cleanliness: The apartment is sparkling clean! The fact that the apartment is newly renovated makes it easy to stay clean. Comfort: The apartment is extremely comfortable! It is very well designed with attention to details given to every inch: - It has air-conditioning for the hot weather and heaters for the cold weather. - The kitchen is brand new and is very well designed & equipped in case you decide to cook and dine at home. It also has a very good dishwasher & a coffee machine with complementary coffee capsules for a couple of days. - The bathroom is brand new and very comfortable and spacious, and you can easily control the water temperature. It also has a big window plus ventilator. - The windows in the apartment have different levels of shades to control the amount of light you want to let in. I like it completely dark when I sleep, and I like to let all the light in when I am awake. It is such a bright apartment ❤️ - There is an elevator. There is no need to climb the stairs of 4 floors. - The view: the apartment is in the top floor in a high building, in a location where you can see a panoramic view of the whole city from the balcony. The view is magnificent in the morning and at night! And the tiny balcony is a joy to spend a relaxing time in ❤️ - Location: The apartment location is great! The area of the building is classy & quiet. Yet, It is a few minutes' walk from public transportation, a big supermarket and restaurants. It is also a few minutes ride to & from the city centre. Luxury: The apartment has been renovated very recently with a beautiful modern design. The fact that everything is brand new and that it has beautiful interior design and elevated taste gives you the luxurious feel of the hotel. Nothing!
