• Elena-Andreea (10/5): Felt like a second home in Bergamo - cozy and perfect after a long day of exploring! - The property is close to the airport (you can get there by buses, 1 switch) and also close to bus stations that can take you in the middle of the city. Property was clean, spacious, in a quiet and safe area.
• Gieżek (10/5): Super! - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego i sklepu spożywczego. Pokój był przestronny a dodatkowym plusem był duży balkon.
• Guest (8/5): - The best thing about this flat were nice items for daily routine. For example towels, coffee machine, fridge, slippers and hair dryer! Restroom wasn’t that clean, especially shower. Some dirt was on the floor there and it wasn’t that nice unfortunately

• Jennifer (8/5): Comfortable - She's a lovely host with a beautiful heart. I recommend her stay, felt really welcome but we had most of the time our own time. If you need something, you can just knock on her door. Thank you so much for this stay, I will come back for sure! ☺️ The kitchen is a bit unorganized, spices are sitting in bags and everywhere. And the gas stove was not so clean. But this is complaining at a high level, it worked everything! :)

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful surroundings, quiet neighborhood, spacious room with a balcony. The host let me check in earlier which was very much needed due to the heat. Everything you could ever need was prepared by the host, the stay was smooth, worry free and extremely comfortable. I reached Citta Alta within hour on foot, but the location of the hotel is easy reachable by bus for those who likes to move faster.

• Hoblová (4/5): Disappointing - It's realtively close to city center and there are nearby supermarkets and bus stations. You will have a spaceous room with a fridge and enough wardrobes You will live in a 3 bedroom apartment with a woman in the next room and her dog that barks at every other dog going down the street. Clearly more suited for AirBnb. You can't pay by card when you arrive. Shower drain is clogged and toilet seat almost falls off. No Italian channels on TV.

• Eliane (7/5): Good - Fenice was very nice. We were even picked up and brought to the station. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The room and the entire flat was very cold. Apparently it is the Italian state that decides when the heating goes on. Perhaps it would be nice to have a small extra heater for the very cold days/nights in October.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and also center. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay.

• Tony (10/5): Great host - Karo was very proactive and made sure everything was clear and easy for my stay. He answered all my questions and gave some great advice to make my visit comfortable. Although the property is not in the city centre there's a bus stop close by and a regular bus service into town. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. A shared bathroom

• Stefano (8/5): Simple, comfortable and large room, good for short or long stays. - All the flat is very clean and tidy. So are the room and the (shared) bathroom. I appreciated to be asked to take the shoes off and be given slippers when entering in the flat. Detailed suggestions are given by the host about useful places around (bar, restaurants, shops) and potential public transportation and shared bikes or e-scooters. The room is quite roomy, with a large wardrobe and a large enough desk to work with papers and a laptop. The Wi-Fi works very well. A window ensures light and fresh air. The bed is around 1.6m wide and it has a quite new latex foam mattress, very comfortable for my taste. Clean towels of good size are provided, as well as soap. The bathroom is reasonably roomy, with basin, WC, bidet and shower (with box) and there's a real window. Breakfast was not included, but the host nicely offered me coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. The house is in a residential area, nice and quiet. The host agreed to check me in quite late, so I didn't have to get away earlier from my activities just to check-in. There are free parking places in the streets around, but the area is densely populated and it wasn't easy to find a place to park my car when I got there around 11pm.

• Kim (7/5): Good basic room as a base to explore Bergamo - Good and fast comnunication from host. Clearing room and option to use ketcher facilities, which we didn't use.. Relativily easy to get to using public transport. The price of the room was ok We could not get the curtains/blinds to work, but we didn't ask the host to fix it, since it was late in the evening when we found out.

• Mihai (9/5): Superb - Nice and tidy room with all the amenities required. A very supportive host who gave us lots of tips. Not that far from the train station (even walking) and very well connected to the main attractions by bus.
• Bianca (5/5): Passable - Unfortunately the room was not clean, the entire apartment was not very clean actually, it was a strange smell when entering the apartment, it was not mentioned that the owner of the apartment is living there, we received not proper towels, but some pieces of white material that looks like towel, dissapointed overall ...
• Jokūbas (9/5): Cosy and affordable - The room was spacious and the bed was great. The owner was really nice and helpful. The room was everything I expected for this price so I'm content with it. I woke up around 7 am due to sounds of construction outside. But this was minor annoyance since I was planning to get up early anyways. Also be wary of the weather since the room doesn't have air conditioning.

• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptionally hospitable host, a very pleasant young man. Constantly in touch, quickly responded to messages. Guests occupy one room in the apartment. It is possible to use the kitchen and refrigerator. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a floor fan. The room did not warm up much during the day, despite the heat. Stationary wifi did not work, the owner kindly provided wifi from his phone. After check out, he allowed to leave the luggage until the evening. A cute smart little dog lives in the apartment).
