• Kachmar (1/5): Terrible, would not recommend, keep away. - Shiva was helpful and made us feel welcome. To name a few, squeaky stairs, broken toilet seat,mouldy shower, paper thin walls, pathetic uneatable breakfast which we skipped after trying only once, smelly neighbourhood surrounded by smelly bins, regretted staying here, Place should be completely gutted and refurbished before presenting it to the public in such a state, never again, felt cheated.
• WIAM (4/5): - Die Lage war zentral. Die Frau in der Rezeption war nett und hilfreich. We arrived late at night and were given a small room instead of the one we had booked. The cleanliness was not ideal either. The man at reception was kind, helpful, and apologized, but it was still a difficult night for us.

• Alexandra (4/5): Feriți-vă de acest loc - Nimic Organizarea. Aveam check in la 14.00, iar la 17.00 când am ajuns acolo camera nu era gata. "Se făcea curat". Cand ne a condus la camera, foarte mare mizeria. Lenjeriile de pat pătate și murdare. Cartierul foarte periculos, murdar și urat. Pentru un popas de o noapte este acceptabil , dar pentru un sejur în niciun caz . Baia foarte mica și murdara. Miroase foarte urat pe strada.
• Torres (10/5): - Considering that I stayed at this hotel for one night and didn't have the opportunity to stay longer, it was one of the best hotels I saw in terms of cleanliness and kindness of the staff. I recommend staying at this hotel at least once.

• Muhammad (4/5): 420kbps Wi-Fi and Unprofessional staff - Very clean room. Lack of communication and professionalism from staff. Non-existent Wi-Fi. 1- I told them and marked on booking that I was travelling for work. However the room internet was at a speed of 420kbps. I couldn’t do any work and had to use my MOBILE DATA. I told them I was working and asked for room change but they cited unavailability and instead of providing any solution, straight up GHOSTED me. 2- In the morning, check out time is until 12.00. I’d told them I might leave early first but then I texted them that I’d leave around 11.30. Instead of reading my message, they started banging on my door at 11 am, trying to open it. I had to call them to send them away. If they did it at 12 I’d understand but I still had ONE HOUR to check-out. Please teach your staff to be patient and get better at communicating with customers. And fix the Wi-Fi.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The amenities, especially the breakfast , exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

• Mario (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were nice, they did their best to accommodate us. The room was small, the bed was damaged and very uncomfortable, the toilet was probably the smallest I have seen in a long time. Also bear in mind that this hotel doesn’t have an escalator, so if you end up at the 5th floor as we did, it won’t be fun to climb up the stairs everyday. Overall I don’t think it is a bad hotel, but I do think it is overpriced for what you get.

• Farkhad (8/5): Very good - It's a budgetary hotel with limited facilities and breakfast, but the host/manager was exceptional, kind and helpful. I would recommend it to those who would be ok with minimum and want to save. Otherwise, I would look for another place.

• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Clean boutique hotel, very tidy, with a good and sufficient breakfast, good management, any problems are solved quickly, good security, standard rooms, only there is no elevator, the stairs are not annoying, they are not high, the experience was good.

• Xuerui (9/5): Superb - Initially, some of the negative reviews did put me down, I was even worried I couldn’t check in for the same reason. But we checked in okay, except we needed to update our bank info again, as booking seems to have problems processing international cards in Turkey. The hotel itself is clean and the room is comfortable. The room is basic, but you get everything you need, the WiFi’s good too. The breakfast is big with a slight change everyday. The receptionist Shewa is really helpful. She is kind and makes sure you have a good stay.

• Ghanem (1/5): Extremely bad experience and exploitation to benefit from the cancellation amount. Despite arriving on time and confirmi - Nothing. I was deceived and the team did not fulfill their promise even though I booked two months ago. When I arrived at the agreed time, I was surprised that the receptionist refused to let me in under the pretext that there was no room available even though the reservation was confirmed in the application!!! I did not stay in this hotel even one night and the reception was very bad. It seems that they sold the room to someone else. Very bad reception and treatment. The receptionist evaded answering my question about why there was no room available, even though the application showed that the reservation was confirmed and that there were rooms available. He answered me in his own language and in an aggressive manner. For my own safety, I left him and looked for another hotel. Knowing that I booked two months ago and arrived on time, but it seems that they resold the room to someone else.
• Kristina (1/5): Bad experience - I booked a room here, arrived late in the evening and found out that the room I had booked had already been rented out. Usually in such cases they should find an alternative, but they don't have any partners in case of overbooking. The area looks like a slum

• Yurena (4/5): Disappointed - The location was good. First of all, I was trying to call the hotel several times and even using booking app before I arrive and no one pick up the phone. Second point, when we arrive for our surprise they told us that the hotel was full and they offer us another room in a different building, the rooms where not similar at all, they were not clean and no good WiFi connection neither (that was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel), it was in the 3rd floor and the stairs were ridiculous. Then the guy in the other building tried to charge us also for the room (in cash) and when I said that we had paid though booking he was not happy. Also we have been ask 3 times for our passport’s pictures (I do still not understand why) For breakfast we had to change the building and even that was not far I do not understand why if we paid for a different room, but I want to add that the breakfast room is so tinny and we had to wait for 30 minutes to have the breakfast as the hotel was overbooking. I’m sure the hotel rooms are amazing and other reviews are true but my experience is not the best.
• Juan (10/5): Forever in our hearts and we will go back there if we happen to go to Istanbul again with no doubt!! - I loved the staff, the breakfasts, the location, room service, such nice people all of them and very good value for money. The hotel is not modern, is an old building but we loved it all just the way it is 🙏🏻🙏🏻😇😇😇😇 I liked everything, we were a bit scared at the very beginning, only when we did the check in because it was 3:00 am, and the building is old, and the neighbourhood different, but we changed our minds the very first day, we were very comfortable, perfect location and no problem at all with anyone in our 2 weeks in Istanbul…
