• Malgorzata (10/5): - Very clean lodge, hot tube was amazing.contact with the owner amazing. No brodband in the lodge which was a big minus. could be little bit more equipped. (No shampoo and showe gel in the bathroom. But this is just my personal opinion) rother then that we have had great stay.

• Calum (10/5): It was amazing and so heart warming - It was spacious, clean, warm, comfortable. Had an issue with the thermostat but contacted the owner and he arrived 20/30 minutes later and sorted it for us. Hot tub was amazing we will be back Everything was great
• Nicola (8/5): Great relaxing weekend. - Great location and very comfortable Phone signal is poor and there is no WiFi. Great if you want to escape everything, but not so good if you rely on your phone. Didn’t spoil our stay as we took our own WiFi .

• Lisa (10/5): Amazing chilled relaxing time. - Me and husband booked this lodge for a few day stress free nights away. That is what we got could not fault our stay at all. We will most definitely be back. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Carol (10/5): Gorgeous stay will certainly be back - The lodge was immaculate inside all linen spotless, decking outside needs a little love but this didn’t deflect from the cleanliness Nothing to not like just the outside decking needs some tlc

• Jennifer (7/5): Needs improvement. - The property is located on a lovely friendly site. The property requires some attention. We had no hot water on Sunday unable to shower. We contacted the owner for advice and help to be told he couldn’t help and advised us to go to the isolator switch and turn off for a few minutes which we did but this still didn’t work. We spoke with others on the site and they had no issues with their water. The owner offered us a £50 refund and then retracted this offer as he is now stating it was an onsite issue. The hot tub kept having to be filled up each day. Outside is not very clean on the caravan. There is no WiFi in the caravan which is an inconvenience.
• Denise (8/5): Very good - Lovely and clean and comfortable inside. The outside and decking could do with some tlc, also we found a glass tumbler inside the hot tub and bits of hair.
• Joanne (8/5): Clean inside, needed cleaned outside, needs a few little repairs/updates. - Decking all fenced off with a gate so our dog was secure. Hot tub worked very well. Clean inside. Decking and outdoor area could do with a clean. We could not get the heating to come on at all during our whole stay so we relied on the electric fire. Oven has a gap at the top of the door and all the heat escaped, impossible to cook anything in it. Mattress was sunken in the middle so you naturally roll into the middle of the bed. No wifi No clothes airer to hang our wet things after using the hot tub

• Clare (9/5): Great weekend chilling with friends. excellent site facilities. Beautiful surroundings and easy to get to - Clean and comfortable. Great location. Access to WiFi would have been helpful as mobile signal isn’t great on the site. WiFi is available in the club house though.

The lady we checked in with was lovely and Skylar the dog is so cute. It was clean and our caravan was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Our stay was lovely and the hot tub was amazing. The host communicated with us and everything was as he said no problems at all. Thank you we will be back.

• Rathi (10/5): Would stay here again! - Super clean property packed with everything you need - cutlery, fridge! The host was very friendly. GPS took us somewhere a bit further with the postcode but the host was on call although it was 11PM and directed us easily back to the property. Hot tub was a big plus, as it rained a lot when we stayed there so couldn't go out much. Host has also purchased new mattresses which were arriving the day we were leaving so it will only get better! Would definitely stay here again!

Lodge had a hot tub which was great and we used it a lot during our stay Decking tired, lodge had no internet, found the mattress on the bed very uncomfortable but did manage to sleep

My mam said it was a little too hot for my daughter. And she turned the temperature down. This trip was to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday and reward her after a tough time. Was lovely being in nature to refresh and recharge

• Jill (10/5): Exceptional - The caravan was very clean, excellent location and on a picturesque site We weren't made aware we had to pay £100 damage bond on booking the caravan. Money was tight, visit was at the end of Feb, so that extra £100 made our trip a bit less adventurous, we did get the money back on the evening we got home though.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely break away near all attractions in Northumberland. - The lodge was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a bonus. We had a problem with it on the 2nd day and was easily sorted. The bar on site did fantastic food and very reasonably priced for a Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend! The park was near to alnwick, bamburgh and zoo was right next to it (didn't go as we had a dog). The pillows was abit uncomfortable for our liking and could hear road traffic noise at night but didn't stop us from going to sleep. Apart from that the stay was excellent.
• Connor (7/5): Good - The property was beautiful The hot tub, old hot tub and not much water in it, turned the jets on and water was just flying over the top due to low level of water. I did find the hose pipe and filled it up myself.

• Balsillie (9/5): Superb - Another lovely stay at Felmoor Park. It looked like a winter wonderland with all the Christmas lights. This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first time. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds and sofa, lovely Christmas decorations. The hot tub was such a treat during the cold evenings. We had a magical time and received some lovely festive welcome gifts from the owner. We visited the Alnwick lights trail and that was amazing. Now I'm feeling very festive. Thank you to our hosts. D Driving up the A1 in the dark.

• Bernardini (10/5): Amazing!! - Clean and warm caravan. No wifi which made it a real break from the world (and emails!). Bed and sofa were very comfy, with the fire place adding that extra touch to the atmosphere.

• Balsillie (10/5): Exceptional - We loved staying here, it was immaculately clean and so comfortable. Felmoor Park is beautiful and very quiet. Loved the hot tub and the kids enjoyed being able to play outside with hardly any traffic to worry about. No WiFi in the whole park.
