• lesley (8/5): Beautiful apartment with great location but check in wasn’t good! - The property seemed new and very spacious. The aircon was great and showers powerful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool area was particularly lovely, water was colder than I’d expected for early September. I didn’t like the check in process. There is an option to pay a one off insurance waiver or a large deposit which is refundable. I choose to pay the one off charge, approximately £30. I was asked several times to complete this part of the online form. I advised it had been done and the payment was made. I was then asked to send proof of the payment. This was 3 days before we arrived. On arrival day, as we were making our way from the airport, I was still being instructed to complete this section. So I sent proof of payment again. I don’t know how it was resolved but I then received the code for the key locker. The office to collect the key is not within walking distance of the apartment. This incurred extra taxi fare to collect it, especially as the taxi driver couldn’t find the office! Very stressful! I really think that someone should have met us at the holiday complex and showed us to the apartment! The master bedroom had a very large bed, which would have been great, however, it sagged a little towards the middle. We had 1 medium sized bath towel and a hand towel each. I would have liked a few extra. However, we washed them and they did dry fairly quickly.

• Adrienne (10/5): 10/10 - Good location, very clean, good pool area, close to all amenities & the town Maybe rubbish bins could be located on site, instead of over the road near Aldi
• Gill (8/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - Lovely spacious & modern apartment on ground floor & well presented overall. Large enclosed terrace with corner sofas, extra chairs, sun lounges & large dining table. Patio was in the sun from mid morning to late afternoon. Ridiculously large ensuite master bedroom with a small double & twin bedroom, family bathroom & toilet separate. Great location within easy walking of middle of La Cala for bars, restaurants & shops as well as the beach & boardwalk. 2 supermarkets within 200yds (Aldi & Carrefour) so don't need a car! Great to have 24 hour security & complex felt very safe with locked gates. There was no dining table inside the apartment only a breakfast bar with 2 high stools. Therefore although the apartment easily accommodated 3-6 you could only eat off your knee if not warm enough to eat outside on terrace (especially for breakfast & at night). Not everybody eats out every night on holiday so this was a real issue for us. Also there needed to be more kitchen equipment for catering in (no kitchen scissors, grater or bowls/platters for salads/veg) & more importantly no dishes (Pyrex or metal trays) to put in combi oven/microwave! Suggest an apartment this expensive should also provide basics like kitchen roll, clingfilm & tinfoil. Finally, some instructions for TV, combi oven & air conditioning would have been very helpful.
• Raina (10/5): It just needed bigger towels like bath towels and perhaps a tumble dryer. Will defo book again though. - Great location and facilities, water in fridge for arriving and some supplies to get started. It just needed bigger towels like bath towels and perhaps a tumble dryer. And maybe some milk sachets for a coffee 😉 I also requested bathroom scales but this was t possible so maybe them.

• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic! Would definitely stay again. - Beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for us ( 2 x couples ) and essentials are waiting for you on arrival ie water, cleaning products, wine etc which is a nice touch. The grounds for the complex are also fantastic, extremely well kept and again spotlessly clean. Great location with only a 5 min walk into the centre & Aldi just over the road. Nothing
• Cheryl (9/5): Good - Nice modern property with lots of storage, everything you need for a short stay, good location and area. Recommended The oven didn’t have instructions to work. There was a buzzing noise in the apartment from a tank in the cupboard. We couldn’t locate the bins on check-out. Small issues but didn’t effect our stay.
