• Nicole (1/5): Poor services during my stay. - The house is huge and spacious. The host, Everlyne allocated a house that I didn't book. Internet disconnected, I communicated but she didn't pick my calls, didn't clearly care. My experience was BAD. Never had such an experience while booking via booking.com.

• Nyadimo (8/5): The stay was great, we enjoyed ourselves. - The accommodation was fine and generally agreed to what was indicated when booking. The hosts were helpful and available. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, almost all we needed was available. Nothing really. Just that it should have been clear that one has to pay for electricity, the first day we ran out of electricity. In future have some basics like salt :) or indicate there is a shop nearby. You also need to fix the netflix issue.
• Nomsa (8/5): Lovely, relaxing, accessible to Tuk Tuks and restaurants around. - The property is in a good location in Shanzu Mombasa. The house is spacious, large rooms. The host was very responsive as we initially had hiccups at arrival but she was able to sort out everything by the next morning and my family was extremely happy.
