• Jan (9/5): Skvělé ubytování poblíž centra - Velmi pěkné ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě. Lednička byla dobře zásobená a kuchyň dobře vybavená, takže snídani jsem si mohl připravit podle libosti. Spánek zde byl velmi dobrý- kvalitní matrace a orientace oken do tichého dvora. Hostitelka byla velmi starostlivá a nápomocná, když jsem potřeboval poradit s cestou. Předání ubytování proběhlo hladce i když jsem nakonec přijel o něco dříve. Vedle ubytování je ordinace lékaře, takže přes den tam bylo trochu rušněji, ale večer a v noci byl klid.
• Jean-Baptiste (8/5): I had a lovely stay, but be aware that the flat is noisy during weekdays because of the neighbours, so maybe best to boo - The location is perfect, easy to get anywhere fast by walking. The big PAM supermarket across the street is super convenient. The flat itself is very cute and pleasant and was very clean, Federica was very warm and welcoming and easy to connect with in order to arrange check-in and check-out, it’s a great place to discover Bologna The flat is next to a doctor’s office, so be ready to hear them buzzing everyone in the building for each appointment starting early in the morning. Since it’s the wall behind the bathroom you will hear constant loud buzzing coming from the bathroom. Also the lady upstairs loves to walk in heels as early as 8/9am. Finally the bathroom is cute but the shower is unpractical, especially if you’re tall. You have to exit it at an angle stuck between the toilet below and the water boiler above. They also need to add a sort of suspended holder for shower products in the shower, since there isn’t one you have to crouch down every time to get your shampoo or soap from the floor.

The things she left on the table and in the fridge for breakfast were amazing. She helped with everything. I can say it's one of the best apartments I've stayed in so far. Nothing.

• Pauline (4/5): Not a 2 bedroom apt as advertised very small - The location excellent near lovely restaurants Says 2 bedroom it's 1 bedroom photo's taken of bedroom at differences with different bedding to look like 2 bedroom so deliberate very small when single sofa bed out fills living room and only seating other than dining table supposed to be for 3 people definitely not says toiletries not even had to buy washing up liquid but a brilliant supermarket opposite def not a mini market in apt block the photography excellent just not real first apart been no safe to put passports money etc also tourist info gave us print out saying city tax 61€ we had to pay 91€

She gave good recommendations for places to eat and things to do with links to maps. She offered to book a taxi for our early morning departure. It was our first time to Bologna and the location was within a 10 to 15 minute walk to most things. The apartment is small but had everything we needed.

The host was very very lovely, she had recommendations for us in the apartment which we found to be super helpful. The description is not really accurate or maybe the translation. It is one bedroom apartment it is rather small and the living room is with an armchair type of a sofa so two people cannot really sit on it together.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, with a grocery store right across the street and just a short walk from the Mercato delle Erbe, Piazza Maggiore, MAMbo, Via dell'Indipendenza, and amazing restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Bologna. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to come back. Bologna, see you soon!

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful little apartment with all the comfort of your own little house, perfect when you have been living out of a suitcase for over a month. The location was great within walking distance of all the major attractions of Bologna as well as some nice bars and restaurants. Also only a short walk from the train station. Also the host was very friendly and gave some great recommendations too.

Host was great at communicating and very responsive. The place was very clean and well equipped for a short term stay.
• Ruxandra (10/5): A little gem in the heart of Bologna. - I stayed for almost a week (visited for work) and the property was beyond expectations. I was surprised that this was available when booking something on short notice. It's newly renovated, modern and arranged with taste. All is very clean and every corner is well designed to save space. It has everything it mentions in the description. The washing machine works great, the iron facilities were helpful, the AC works well (although it was not always necessary as it wasn't that hot), the windows have mosquito screens which was a pleasant surprise, the wifi is very good and stable (also for video calls). The kitchen area is small, but it has everything it needs. The shower was really great! The property is on the first floor (elevator available). The building is close to the main train station (within 15 min. walk) and within walking distance from the Piazza Maggiore. It is located at a busy street, but the apartment faces the backyard and is soundproof, so it's always quiet. There is a supermarket nearby and the mercato is within 5 min walk. Federica is very nice and helpful, gave me many helpful tips. I would certainly return here in the future. I cannot think of anything. I stayed for a week and I liked everything about this apartment.
