• Alina (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, surely recommend 👍🏼 Mindelo is beautiful 🤍 - The apartment is spacious, newly furnished and has everything you need and more (iron, hairdryer etc). The kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking. Cozy rooftop terrace with a view. The host met us upon arrival and accompanied us throughout our stay, always available for any questions. It's located about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful main city beach, a 30-minute walk to the city center, also taxi is quite affordable. There's a small grocery store right next to the building if you need anything urgently. There was a little bit of damp smell in the bathroom. I understand we were there during a very windy season, so the windows were constantly whistling. We were greeted by two cockroaches in the kitchen, we dealt with one, but the other survived 😁 But none of this caused us any major problems.
• christine (9/5): - Appartement spacieux , très agréable,très bien équipé un grand séjour avec cuisine moderne , télé qui fonctionne 2 grandes chambres dont une avec petit balcon , 2 salles d'eau , immenses placards lave linge avec lessive à disposition les contacts avec le propriétaire uniquement par whatsapp . nous avons attendu longuement un de ses amis dans un resto , pour avoir les clés , et il s'est trompé de clés , donc le soir , nous avons du le rappeler pour avoir les bonnes clés . aucune panneau en bas de l 'immeuble : donc c'est difficile à trouver si on arrive en taxi . appartement au 2éme étage sans ascenseur , très loin du centre ville : compter 50 minutes à pied , en pente il y a un bus qui monte mais nous n 'avions pas les indications du trajet exact , des arrêts , ni des horaires : il serait intéressant que le propriétaire les note.

• Mariam_reh (10/5): - Превосходные апартаменты, с красивой террасой и видом на 360 градусов. Напор воды великолепный. Кухня полностью оборудована. Все было очень чисто и красиво. Я благодарю хозяина за уют. До самого красивого пляжа прогулочным шагом около 8-10 минут. Прогулка до центра города около 15 - 20 минут по красивой дороге. Такси стоит около 2$ и надо указать "plato" и вам привезут прямо к дому. Так же хозяин может дать вам контакты водителей и они будут вас забирать от дома поздно вечером. Все было хорошо.
• Mariska (6/5): Fijn appartement, maar de omgeving viel tegen. - Het appartement zelf was netjes en comfortabel. Wanneer we iets meldden, reageerde de host snel en probeerde hij het probleem direct op te lossen. De omgeving en het uitzicht waren erg vervallen, waardoor we meestal de gordijnen dicht hielden. We hadden regelmatig last van rioollucht en soms waren er problemen met water en elektriciteit. Ook werd het slot van de toegangsdeur vervangen zonder dat dit vooraf was gecommuniceerd, waardoor we even niet naar binnen konden.
