• Pera (9/5): - Ottimo appartamento. Luminoso e ampio. Nulla. Il voto basso sullo staff deriva dal fatto che in realtà non ha un'accoglienza. Tutto avviene tramite app e box.
• Nico (9/5): - Mooi compleet appartement aan binnenplaats waar ook onze fietsen konden worden geparkeerd, Leuke buurt met zeer dichtbij (lang)parkeermogelijkheid onder de Turning Tower voor 15,- per dag waar ook een Lidl is :-). Lekker dichtbij strand en boulevardje. Slechts 2,3 km op de fiets naar hartje centrum. Leuke plek.
• Peter (10/5): Sehr schön und passt für Malmö. - Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Beschreibung passt. Nicht im Erdgeschoss buchen . Wohnung wird sicherlich im Hochsommer sehr warm, dann ist ein Ventilator notwendig. Alles sehr gut nur die Parkgebühren direkt vor dem Haus sind sehr teuer, Alternativen sind aber in 250 Metern Entfernung vorhanden.
• Simona (9/5): Nice appartement situated closed to the see/ bus stop. - Nice and clean appartement, well furnished. From this appartement was a view to Turning Torzo. Close to the see approx. 3 min. Food shops nearby - Lidl (2min) , YCA (5min), Coop. (10 min). Nice beach boardwalk. 8 min from the bus stop nearby to the Central or Triangeln ,where is the big shopping center. From Malmo it is a good start for travelling in Skane by public transportation. *This appartement was situated to the street, so it was a bit noisy during a night due to car passing by on the street or some groups of people returning home, who were noisier then they should be at night. But for people who sleeps were well this is not a problem, it is individual as I am the person who expect more silence during a night, I do not talk about seagulls screaming mostly every early mornings, this is a different chapter.:-) *Also, when you leave open window during a night, spiders relaxing outside window side moving to inside :-). As there is a couple of spiders outsides living on each window, some time it was a challenge / surprise after night.:-). Maybe I would recommend the cleaning staff also remove spiders off from outside...:-))). * I would appreciate to have a summer blanket/duvet as we had only all-season duvet and it was to hot sleeping under this in summer.
• Rifaah (5/5): - The location is fantastic, clean and nice The heat inside the room is unbearable without a fan on a hot day. The shower is poorly designed. It needs to not leak everywhere.
• Kerstin (9/5): Tolle Wohnung - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist toll, 3 Min zum Wasser, schnell in der Stadt, Supermärkte und Restaurants fussläufig. Es war ziemlich warm in der Wohnung

• Marina (8/5): Very good - The location is great, close to the ocean. There are shops and bus stations close by, it's also walking distance to the center, the old town. The studio has all the is necessary and is great for a 1-4 days stay.

• Anonymous (9/5): Good value. Clean. - Friendly service who let me in earlier than check-in, which I'm very grateful for. Clean and cozy. I'm not sure the apartment was the 65 m2 as described, felt closer to 45. The wifi listed on the fridge did not exist.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Fabulous - Everything was amazing: the apartment was spacious, spotless clean and very elegant. Located in the middle of our favourite district. Close to the supermarket, waterfront and a cafe. The area is really quiet and cozy. We have spent wonderful time there and from now on, it will be our base camp, as we often come to Malmo. Just two little things - as we stayed for a just a couple of days, it wasn't convenient for us to buy a big box of dishwasher tablets and there weren't any in the apartment (maybe leave just 2-3 for the guests) and the second thing, we did not get the slippers :) These 2 small issues absolutely did not impact our stay. These are just little suggestions for the owner.
• Anna (10/5): 100% recommend - Brilliant apartment overlooking the canal. It's spacious, clean and has everything you may need including a lush bed, spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach, coffee shops and supermarkets. I'll definitely want to book again
• Peter (5/5): On warm days and nights, this apartment is way too hot. Pictures in the ad are completely wrong. - This is a good property, in a great location, in good condition, nice and clean, and with everything you need. There is a lovely, private, picnic table outside the bedroom. There is a huge park a couple of long blocks distance away, a beach, a water skiing park (!!!), and a boardwalk that is the place to hang out on nice days in Malmo. Getting the keys was easy from a lock box, and good instructions were provided. Unfortunately, the downside of this apartment far outweighs the positives. We arrived in 25C weather, which was unusual for September. There was lots of breeze and lovely when you were outside. Because this apartment has only one small window that opens and no AC, the heat inside makes it unfit for human habitation. I doubt the temperature inside went below 25C inside, even in the middle of the night. During the day it never went below 30C inside. Thankfully, there is a beautiful picnic table outside that you can retreat to. To make things worse, the window, which is on the ground floor, has a burglar latch that prevents the window opening too far. And that latch is easily defeated from the outside, so to feel safe, you'll need to close the window - and keep that 30C temperature in all night. I suspect that in cooler weather, this property would be lovely and cozy. We also were not thrilled that the huge front windows open onto a street, and not private at all. The pictures in the ad were not at all from this apartment - but of some mythical lovely apartment.
• Rose (8/5): Nice clean place close to the water - The location was exellent ,close to bus service to get around town , very clean , comfortable bed . Nice area for walking to the ocean . That they did not even have salt and pepper in the apartment . No oil , vinegar or tea or coffee like other places I have stayed in . That I think is the minimum when one pays so much for staying there
• Barbora (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet apartment close to the beach. We were satisfied with the accommodation. It is too hot in the apartment when the outside temperature is plus 27 degrees.

• Sarunas (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment, lots of light, comfy bed, nice living room. LIDL store nearby. A bit far from the center, though a bus stop is nearby. Hosts not responsive when requested for later checkout couple days in a row. Keys need to be picked up in a separate location. No sugar/tea/salt/pepper in the apartment.
