Nothing was too much trouble. The property is situated in a semi rural area with mature fruit trees but only about 15 mins from the city centre.A really pleasant environment to wake to. The Continental breakfast included home-made jams. Would stay again. Nothing.

• Megan (9/5): Little gem of a private cabin - Lovely spacious private cabin with full kitchen. Had bacon and eggs fir breakfast with the eggs collected and still warm from the chickens. Only downside was the shower cubicle was tiny.

Lots to see and do in the surrounding area, the town is only a short drive away but I loved that the place is very quiet and feels like you are in a more rural area. Definitely a great location to stay while exploring Whangarei and its surroundings.
