• Beck (8/5): Very convenient and comfy stay for our family. - Very clean and newly furnished, and enjoyed an extra hour's grace for checkout time on a Sunday. The dining table and seating for a family of 5 was on the small side, and a bigger and better range of cutlery and utensils like serving spoons etc would be much appreciated.

• Samantha (10/5): Comfortable, clean and close enough to the centre of Grantham to walk in. - It was fully furnished and had everything we needed, bedding, towels, cleaning gear and all the kitchenware to cook a Christmas dinner! Large enough for a family of four. Everything was perfect.

• Adele (10/5): Perfect host, Clean and Comfortable - what else do you need ?!!!! - The house had everything you would need during a visit and was spotlessly clean. After a long drive it was lovely to find a welcome tray of tea , coffee, milk and biscuits so didn't need to rush off to find the shops ( there is one within walking distance which was handy). Our host Ingrid contacted us on our way to advise the house was ready as I'd requested an earlier check in. She also contacted us during our stay to ensure everything was OK. Highly recommended if you are visiting Grantham
