С этой точки можно добраться в любой район Наличие всех необходимостей для проживания ( тапочки , туалетные принадлежности , кухонные и тд ) хорошая уборка номера В целом все хорошо ( про запах канализации и низкий потолок в туалете было известно заранее Вот освещения хорошего в коридоре перед входом минус . Нужно спустится с лестницы и только тогда включается освещение … Пару раз чуть не упала в темноте
• YU (6/5): 少し不便なところがあるけど、シャワーできて寝られればいい方におすすめ - 部屋が２つあり、快適に過ごせました。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、ポット、テレビがあって不便なことはありませんでした。テレビでYouTubeも見れました。駅が近くてお手頃価格だと思いました。 部屋全体の匂いが気になりました。半地下なので仕方ないですが、洗面台の天井がものすごく低く150cm前半だと不便ではないと思いますが、背の高い方はかなり不便だと思います。
• Yuji (6/5): - The location is so great, everything is in 10 mins from the property. Also the host is very helpful and kind. It was listed as the first floor, but I didn’t realize it was actually a semi-basement, so the bad smell coming up from the bathroom drain made it really hard for my partner.

• Karen (3/5): The bed mattress felt very damp. The air quality was very moist and damp. - It was adequate. It felt like it was a dungeon as it was a basement apartment. The smelt of mould and was musty. The smell was very strong and it was very damp dispite having air humidifiers. They didn’t help much.
• Julien (3/5): Poor - The location is nice as it's close to a station that leads to the airport. The pictures added on Booking can be misleading. The place is underground, leading so having a smell of sewage after 1-2 days. The initial day you arrive smell like alcohol and all the cleaning products, but a smell of sewage was getting into the property. The shower can be difficult if you are 175cm(5'9') as you will have your head touching the ceiling. The property is in a good location, in terms of map but you will have to go underground, so no real natural lights. The floor has some dirty thing on it and it was really sketchy in some part of the floor. I basically booked an hotel room after 2 days because I wasn't able to stay.
• Mekanikstik (8/5): Overall, a great and cute place to stay in the heart of Seoul with an amazing host. - Great location and a very cute place to stay. The property is beautifully decorated, and the it feels very easy to live. The house is right next to a central subway/train station, making getting around the city a breeze. All the towels and toiletries one could desire were provided, as well as a good range of kitchen items. The washroom was a bit small and hard to use, as it is an older style with a combined shower + toilet area. May be difficult to use for anyone 6 feet or taller. Additionally, the property is actually slightly below ground, so natural lighting can be a bit of an issue, though there are plenty of electric lights to make up for this.
