• Nigel (10/5): Exceptional - The property and room was exceptionally clean, wee presented and high spec. Great location, and good security features. They kindly let us in the room early too. We had a lovely little secluded courtyard garden at the back of the room with two seats too. Bed was large and very soft and comfortable .We definitely recommend a stay here. Nothing.

• Eugenia (7/5): Struttura nuova ma serve più cura - Posizione buona, comodo il self check in che ti permette di entrare a qualsiasi orario Livello delle pulizie da migliorare, abbiamo alloggiato in 3 persone nella stanza 8 e in bagno c’erano già peli per terra in alcuni punti e ragnatele sempre in bagno. Al ultimo giorno siamo rimaste in due e traferite nella stanza 3, asciugamani e federa del cuscino macchiato, in bagno visto che manca dove appoggiare le robe i clienti precedenti si vede che hanno appoggiato il bagno schiuma sulla parte del doccetto ed è rimasto là quando siamo arrivate nella stanza e sul tubo della doccia un bel pelo lungo che dondolava. La porta del bagno in vetro si blocca a tratti quando la chiudi ma la cosa peggiori tutte le macchie stra visibili sulla porta di mani e schizzi d’acqua spero. Il materasso comodo ma quando stai tutta la notte su fa come una concava dov’è sprofondi e la lombare ne risente poi. Nel comunicare con lo staff tramite chat mi sono resa conto che se fai due domande di seguito ti rispondo solo a una e devi ripetere la domanda che ha ignorato se ti serve la risposta. Dopo due volte che le ho scritto due domande di seguito ed in entrambe le volte una delle due è stata ignorata ho iniziato a fare una domanda alla volta per avere le mie risposte a tutto.

Nice modern decor and smart tv for Netflix/amazon etc. There was an issue with the door and the digital lock so once we left the room and came back for dinner we couldn’t get back in. We did message the contact who was able to let us in remotely though. The shower was frustratingly either scolding hot or stone cold. Difficult to adjust to a good temperature. There was a coffee machine but no pods or anything to use with it.

Tiene una terraza (con 2 sillas y una mesita), soleada durante la mañana, ideal para secar la ropa. La aplicación para registrarse al ingreso, poco amigable . Conviene hacerla el dia previo a la llegada, hay que sacar fotos de los documentos, pagar tasas, etc. El ascensor es un montacargas lento.

Bardzo czysto, ciche miejsce, blisko centrum i lotniska. Piękna pościel, pachnące ręczniki, serdecznie polecam.

Met inchecken was niet duidelijk gegeven dat ik moet alles eerder doen online, wij zijn laat in de avond geland en nog niet gegevens gekregen voor de ingang. Gelukkig hebben wij dit snel gedaan en dan pas codes ontvangen..

Nosotros lo utilizamos para estar cerca del aeropuerto la noche previa a volar, para lo que resultó funcional ya que el bus está a una cuadra. Está renovado recientemente pero algunas cosas se sienten de no muy buena calidad.

• Felipe (10/5): - Very Nice room I stayed in the room number 5 and it had a spectacular Terrasse with plenty of chill out space. Owners answer prompt any questions and we were even able to do early check in, it was phenomenal, I really recommend this property, very well located. Though olbia was for me just a one night place then move to the boat it was fantastic, thank you!

Mandamos la información solicitada por la mañana, preguntamos por el código para hacer el check-in (a las 15h), no tuvimos ninguna respuesta y a las 16h llamamos nosotras, por lo que mejoraría la atención. • Esther (8/5): War in Ordnung - Das Hotel befand sich direkt in der City. Man geht raus und ist mitten im Geschehen, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Einfacher Check in und Check out Die Dusche hatte super wenig Wasserdruck und es hat mindestens 5 Minuten gedauert bis das Wasser warm wurde. Die Kopfkissen im Bett waren so steinhart und niedrig man hat direkt ein steifen Nacken bekommen. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage ein 2 Kissen erhalten, war leider genauso hart

Es war recht klein, aber gut. Das Haus ist sehr "hellhörig". Die Sauberkeit ist gut, Klima und ein kleiner Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.Von daher Alles gut. Das Einchecken erst ab 14:00Uhr fand ich nicht so gut - Gepäck vorher abgeben nicht möglich. An der angegeben Telefonnummer hat sich nur beim ersten Anruf jemenad gemeldet. Zugangscode kam nicht eine Sekunde vor 14:00Uhr,via Mail.
