Roger (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente y la atención de la propietaria, muy amable y atenta en todo. Difícil aparcar y la lavadora esta abajo y es comunitaria
Daniel (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación respecto a la playa es ideal. Es extremadamente pequeño en comparación a las fotos publicadas, no tiene fregona ni escoba para poder acondicionar el apartamento durante la estancia. El sillón es un trozo de sillón más concretamente chaise longue. La cama es de 1,20 que para dos personas en mi opinión es extremadamente pequeña. Estando en el “sofá” me cayó ligeramente una cucaracha encima y en el lavabo aparecían con bastante asiduidad.
Marina (1/5): Mala experiencia, cucarachas en los pisos - Bien situado, cerca de la playa Antes de ir ya habíamos leído comentarios sobre cucarachas en los apartamentos, así que estábamos preocupadas. Escribimos a la dueña explicándole que teníamos pánico y le pedimos que revisaran bien. Nos aseguró que no había problema, que solo podían entrar por la ventana (la cual no abrimos en ningún momento y fuimos muy cuidadosas para que no entraran) y que si aparecía alguna, la seguridad la mataba enseguida. Al final, nos entró una cucaracha enorme por el desagüe del baño y tuvimos que encargarnos nosotras mismas, porque nos dijeron que ya era tarde y no podían venir. También vimos cucarachas pequeñas saliendo del aire acondicionado, y varias más en las zonas comunes: en el portal, en la terraza y alrededor del edificio. Creemos que deberían fumigar cuanto antes y revisar los desagües, porque parece que tienen nidos, sobre todo después de ver cucarachas bebés. Adjuntamos fotos, ya que la dueña nos dijo que no era posible y que habríamos visto mal, tratándonos de tontas, en vez de disculparse.
Alicia (7/5): Muy buen apartamento, aunque no para jóvenes! - En general, la estancia fue positiva: el piso estaba en muy buenas condiciones, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, camas cómodas y una ubicación excelente. Además, la propietaria (Ana) fue muy amable y flexible al permitirnos añadir a una persona más y pagar únicamente la parte proporcional, algo que agradecimos mucho. Sin embargo, hay aspectos que no consideramos correctos y que creemos importante compartir, especialmente para huéspedes jóvenes. Al ser personas nacidas en 2001 y 2002 (con apenas unos meses para cumplir 23 años), se nos exigió una fianza de 150 € en efectivo que no estaba especificada previamente. Esto nos pareció poco transparente y refleja cierta desconfianza hacia los jóvenes, cuando nuestro único objetivo era disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. A esto se sumó la firma de un contrato extenso con cláusulas que consideramos excesivas: la prohibición de cualquier tipo de ruido a partir de las 23:00 con penalizaciones de 150€ y la restricción total de visitas externas. Bajo la pretensión de seguridad, existen cámaras en todas las plantas, accesos y salidas del edificio. Aunque están correctamente señalizados, lo que puede parecer seguridad se puede confundir con control. Entendemos que estas normas surgen por experiencias pasadas, pero aplicar un control tan estricto a adultos responsables genera tensión innecesaria y resta libertad durante la estancia. En cuanto a las instalaciones, encontramos cucarachas (algo habitual en la zona pero que debería prevenirse) y echamos en falta utensilios básicos como una escoba, fundamental en un destino de playa por la arena. Además, el sistema de acceso mediante QR resultó poco práctico, ya que obligaba a llevar el móvil a la playa. En resumen, el apartamento es cómodo y muy bien ubicado, pero la gestión tan estricta y la falta de transparencia con la fianza deberían revisarse para ofrecer una experiencia más relajada y justa, sobre todo para huéspedes jóvenes que simplemente buscan unas vacaciones tranquilas
Stanciu (1/5): Mala experiencia - La zona y las playas muy bonitas pero el alojamiento muy mal! Es la octava vez que nos alojamos en Gandía! Pero este alojamiento ha sido muy mal : lleno de cucarachas y el apartamento muy pequeño no tenía nada que ver con la foto ademas olía a cantaría todo el rato!! Muy mala experiencia no lo recomendó a nadie! Y no voy a repetir nunca éste alojamiento!! Todo!! muy mala experiencia menos mal que emos tenido sólo 4 noches! No se podía aguantar más cucarachas por todos los sitios!!

Alba (3/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - La decoración, el equipamiento y la ubicación nos gustaron mucho. Tuvimos un problema muy grave con la gestión de la reserva. Nos decidimos por este apartamento porque se ofrecía en Booking con una capacidad para 6 personas. Reservamos para 4 y finalmente venía otra amiga más. No nos quisieron modificar la reserva, registrando a la quinta persona y pagando la diferencia de precio. La verdad es que esto nos arruinó el viaje porque otra de las personas que estábamos se acabó marchando del apartamento. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido registrando en Booking con diferencia. No recomendaría en ningún caso reservar este apartamento.

Julija (9/5): Really enjoyed the stay, coming back for sure! - The staff is very friendly, location is really comfortable, second line from the beach. Apartment was clean, sheets and towels provided. Air conditioning works perfectly. Definitely choosing this place next time! -There were no broom or vacuum cleaner in the room, and staff doesn’t do small cleaning everyday. It would be nice to clean the sand at least ourselves. -We lived on a fourth floor and it would have been nice if staff let that know before coming. Maybe it’s a problem for others, because there is no lift. -The internet connection wasn’t very good. We lived 5 people, and it was a bit difficult some times.
