- Amy (10/5): Five star hotel for service, food, and beautiful environment. - Our room was fabulous! It felt like we were in a ryokan with the spacious rooms and private onsen bath. We also had a balcony overlooking the river which provided a soothing sound. We highly recommend booking the Japanese suite with private bath including the half-board of dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was in a smaller restaurant, so it felt more intimate than dinner. But, the food for both meals were plentiful and delicious!! The hotel is extremely large so the buffet dinner is crowded and very busy.
