• Luka (10/5): Perfect holiday stay. - Perfect house for a holiday stay with friends. Ksenija welcomed us with drinks and cold cuts from a local farm, which was perfect. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and even more, they offer different shower gels and body creams. The rooms are big enough and very quiet. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation with friends. We also used BBQ in the yard, which was great fun!! We will return next year :)

• Tinko1a (10/5): A perfect stay in a beautifully maintained villa with an exceptionally kind host. - We stayed here with friends last weekend and everything was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly kind, and the villa was spotless and beautifully maintained. What impressed us most was that the house offered everything you could possibly need—and much more. The location is ideal for exploring Motovun and the surrounding area. Truly an exceptional stay. We give our highest recommendations! There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like — nothing worth mentioning at all.
• Julia (10/5): Unglaublich tolle Unterkunft. - Super Gastgeberin, hat uns einfach so in eine Konoba geshuttelt, Aktivitäten und Restaurants empfohlen und aktiv nachgefragt ob uns irgendetwas fehlt. Es hat alles gepasst. Gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Gewürzen, Öl etc. Sehr ruhige Lage. Im Sommer ein schönes Pool und Griller.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ksenija who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She also provide us chocolate as a welcome gift. The communication was excellent and we appreciated her quick responses to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was stunning! It was cozy and spacious with an amazing views. Everything was beautifully maintained. Thus, making us feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for truffle hunting. It was convenient to have a 24 hours bread machine nearby. One of our favourite moments was enjoying the view on the balcony. Overall, our stay at Ksenija’s place was an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home in Croatia. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Ksenija for making our trip so special!

Quiet and private surrounding, despite of owners being accommodated in the detached apartment in the ground floor. Excellent pool - bigger then I expected. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Overall great for relaxation. Bed linen could be better as well as the pillows, but considering everything else which was great, it was only a minor complaint.

Very new and modern! The house is beautiful and the site and surroundings have been designed very thoughtfully to give a relaxing setting. The pool is gorgeous with its view overlooking the fields below and the sunset views are even better. The upper deck off the living room is very relaxing at the end of the day. Very comfortable, easy to find, easy check in and accommodating host who welcomed us with a wonderful food tray just after arrival. It was a delight to stay here and we really enjoyed our time. Nothing!
