• Nathalie (8/5): Très bonne situation dans un appartement bien décoré et très propre. - La situation est très bonne, la décoration et la propreté également. Il y a un kit de produits de salle de bain et un autre pour la vaisselle. La remise des clés est pratique. A notre grand regret, il n'y a pas machine à café électrique, le fauteuil est peu confortable et l'odeur de la douche est très présente.

• Costanza (10/5): Alloggio carino e confortevole, centrale con un ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo - L’alloggio è molto confortevole e pulito, arredato in modo essenziale ma con gusto, con una cucina dotata di tutti i comfort come il microonde, il tostapane, il bollitore, un frigo spazioso e anche la lavatrice. Abbiamo trovato un kit con spugne, detersivo per i piatti e per la lavatrice, un dettaglio che abbiamo trovato molto utile. Il letto è super confortevole con un piumino e un copri piumino morbido e leggero. Ci sono ben due Smart Tv e il Wi-Fi. Non abbiamo conosciuto lo staff ma sono stati comunque puntuali nella comunicazione e ci hanno dato indicazioni chiare e precise per il self check-in. La zona in cui è situato è molto carina e centralissima ( consigliamo il mercatino delle pulci della domenica molto grande e folcloristico), nonostante questo l’appartamento si trova in un interno cortile, per cui silenzioso e tranquillo. È possibile in 10/15 minuti raggiungere il centro dove ci sono tantissime caffetterie, bar e piccoli supermercati per fare la spesa. Non abbiamo nulla da criticare. Avevamo letto dell’odore poco piacevole in bagno.. e sì in effetti c’è questo odore che probabilmente arriva da fuori, ma nulla di non sopportabile (basta chiudere la porta del bagno e aprire la finestra), oltretutto dal secondo giorno era pressoché scomparso completamente

• Claudia (6/5): Bien - La verdad que el apartamento estaba limpio, la persona que nos atendió muy amable. El olor que hay en el edificio tanto en la escalera como en el patio no es nada agradable. Las dos noches un vecino tocando un timbre a las tantas de la mañana que no nos dejó descansar bien. Y gritando ábreme… el patio lo tienen lleno de colillas y súper sucio pero me imagino que de eso ya se han quejado…

• Elena (7/5): Excelente ubicación. - La ubicación es excelente. En el barrio de La Latina con estaciones de metro muy cercanas. Alrededor puedes encontrar cafeterías y restaurantes diversos con bastante oferta gastronómica. El apartamento es cómodo aunque el baño es estrecho y el acceso a la ducha tiene un escalón muy alto. No recomendado para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Gabriela (7/5): Very good overall experience if you are not sensitive to drain smell - The property is very good located and spacious for one or two people. The staff were very attentive and reacted promptly to issues. The apartment was also very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately because the property is old in the center of Madrid, there was a constant smell of sewer/drain in the bathroom and living /kitchen area that made the experience not so pleasant. Opening windows and water taps, made it better but the smell did not go away.
