• Julia Turovits (10/5): - Очень чисто. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Радушный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Подробная инструкция по заселению с фото. В аппартаментах чайник (чайные пакетики в наличии), микроволновка и кофемашина ( капсулы и сливки были любезно приготовлены ). Очень светлое помещение, 3 окна. Двухспальная кровать и раскладывающийся диван. В прикроватных тумбочках USB - разъемы для зарядки телефона. Разнообразная посуда, шампунь, гель для душа, фен, утюг, посудомойка. Кондиционер. Очень удобно, что предложены 2 комплекта ключей. 2 этаж, есть лифт. В 3 минутах от остановки трамвая, в 5 минутах от метро. Рядом продуктовый магазин. Поблизости различные кафе, макдональдс. По личным причинам искали варианты именно в этом районе ( не самый рекомендуемый для туристов ). Остались очень довольны. Слегка мешала скрипящая дверь в туалет.
• Marta (8/5): - La limpieza era perfecta. Tenía mucho menaje de cocina y cosas básicas como café, azúcar,papel de cocina... Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación. Aunque está muy bien comunicado y tiene supermercados y tiendas de todo tipo en los alrededores
• Tânia (10/5): Ótimo apartamento - Ótimo apartamento com tudo o que necessitamos. Confortável e limpo. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário. Recomendo. Nada a apontar.

• massimiliano (7/5): Vienna 3 giorni - Buona qualità/prezzo, fermata metro e parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze il quartiere non è dei migliori, di notte si sentono schiamazzi di ogni genere, il divano letto di dimensioni non sufficenti per 2 persone.

• Oles (10/5): - The apartment was tidy, equipped with everything one might need. The location is good, the street is peaceful and the subway station was just a few minutes away. The air conditioner was a great touch in summer. An ironing board would be good in addittion to the iron itself.

• Carmen (9/5): Nice and relaxing stay in Vienna - We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It is close to both underground train and trams. Vienna Central train station is only a couple of stops away. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed for cooking. Our host kindly provided the coffee capsules and milk so we could have a cup of coffee as soon as we arrived. The washing machine user manual/instructions were in Italian but we managed to find them in English online.

• Nihad (10/5): it is worth it - the location is perfect near the metro and the supermarket, it makes easy for us to travel sightseeings. the internet could be better sometimes it was working and lagging. I have encountered same problems in other European cities.
