Andreas (7/5): - Jag bokade en natt här. Men fick sedan meddelande att det var fullbokade, men att det ordnat det på annat sätt. Jag blev skickad till Vuurply Ave, till ett annat gästhus. Men det blev bra där, och jag var nöjd med vistelsen. Kan inte säga något eftersom det inte blev någon övernattning hos Loople, förutom att tjejen som hänvisade till andra stället var trevlig.

Masetlhe (9/5): Good - The room was beautiful and neat. Oooh and we never ran out of hot water The bed underneath wasn't that clean, dropped something and looked under the bed, wasn't really pleased so I advice cleaning services to always sweep under the bed
Simone (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – No Management, No Support, No Rest - The interior was modern and clean Upon arrival at 15:00, we were not informed which room was allocated to us. Several other guests were also confused and did not know their room numbers. As a result, we had to physically try all the keys and open multiple rooms to figure out which one belonged to us. This is completely unacceptable. We only received a WhatsApp message with our room number at 17:30 — two and a half hours after check-in time. That same evening, we met another guest who told us he had been staying there for a week without seeing any staff at all. He even began complaining to me because he assumed I was the host, which says a lot about the lack of management presence on the property. Although our room was clean and modern inside, the overall experience was terrible. The outside braai area lights shine directly through the windows all night. There are no curtains whatsoever, so the bright lights and then the early sunrise at 05:45 made proper rest impossible. The room was extremely hot, with no air-conditioning with only a fan. Around 00:00, the electricity in our room went off. The plugs stopped working, meaning the fan stopped as well. However, the kitchen plugs were working, and other guests still had power and functioning fans. We were left in unbearable heat, with sweat literally dripping off my face. I had to sit outside for most of the night just to cool down. I tried calling Ida multiple times and sent WhatsApp messages. There was absolutely no answer, no response, and not even a follow-up the next day. Complete silence. That level of disregard for paying guests is shocking. Based on my experience and the feedback from other guests, I genuinely question how this property received an award from Booking.com. This was, without exaggeration, the worst overnight stay I have ever experienced. I will be taking this matter further in order to request a refund. I would not recommend Looplé to anyone.

The rooms are nice and clean. They are created in such a considerable way. Man, I liked the place. I ended up booking 2 more nights. I don't remember anything that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.
