Non mi è piaciuto il bagno, l'accesso, la difficoltà del primo ingresso tramite app, la difficoltà di trovare effettivamente la stanza, i tanti gradini, google maps che si è perso in un primo momento e ci ha fatto entrare nel mercato sotto casa. Bocciato.

Ma c’è davvero qualcuno che guarda i dettagli negativi durante un soggiorno in vacanza?

We covered the door, just to protect the room from the smell. It's not necessary to smell that much in any perfume/aroma. That's why I gave them 7/10.

Tu lasci la macchina in un parcheggio vicino all'albergo e poi giri a piedi per il centro di Genova. È stata una bellissima esperienza. Grazie di tutto

• Cinzia (9/5): Appartamento "smart". - La posizione della struttura, l'ampiezza e la funzionalità dell'appartamento "Ferrari", le serrature elettroniche con controllo remoto. L'ultima rampa di scale è un po' ripida.
• Sara (6/5): Great location, but the experience was quite average. Old furniture, attic, quite small room, no air circulation. - The location was amazing. It was clean as well, and they seemed to be reachable to contact. Our room Garibaldi was on the attic, and therefore, much smaller than it looked in the pictures. It was quite old as well from the inside, the furniture was very old, the shower was not working perfectly. You could hear everything from the other people on the next room. A lot humidity too as the window can’t stay open the whole time since it is on a busy street. No air circulation so it gets quite hot. The AC is placed right above the headrest.

• Guest (7/5): - 不给寄存行李实在是太差劲了。我们不得不把行李寄存在火车站花了16欧！每个行李前四小时6欧，后续每增加一个小时加1欧。如果我的房价加上16欧的寄存行李费用，我完全可以去住酒店，酒店可以免费寄存行李！ 其他小的瑕疵也说一下吧：1.民宿的罚款条款很多，条条框框太多了，比如出门忘记关灯和移动空调会被罚款100欧、超过10点退房会被罚款100欧、等等罚款条例都贴在门背后。2.我们住的是colombo房间，阁楼上空气不好，窗都不能打开，卫生间有股味道，移动空调试开了一下发现噪音大，为了避免忘记关它而造成罚款，我两天没有开它。3.告知工作人员我们的卫生间没有卷筒纸，工作人员还要进来仔细检查过了才肯给卷筒纸。3.不能忍受的是淋浴间非常小，花洒水不大，没力度，洗澡完全洗不干净，转身搓身体的空间都几乎没有。4.浴巾清洗不干净：有一条浴巾上面有很大一滩黄色的印子。5.退房后收到邮件要求用礼物换10分的好评，我才知道这个民宿的9分以上的好评是如何得到的。以后不太能相信高分民宿了。邮件内容给人一种被道德绑架的感觉，所以不得不写下真实感受给大家自行判断。 优点是离brignole火车站比较近，地处比较热闹的位置。房间面积非常大！wifi信号很强！

• Guest (7/5): Il soggiorno tutto sommato piacevole. - La posizione ottima, le camere molto grandi e spaziose e pulite. Il personale incontrato in struttura molto gentile e disponibile. L'area comune per il caffè sempre attiva e con un erogatore di acqua sempre disponibile. Premetto che è stato un mio errore non depositare la chiave del portone di ingresso, una volta entrati nell'alloggio, nell'apposita cassetta come da indicazioni ricevute. Ma l'atteggiamento di una operatrice booking è stato alquanto scortese. Dopo lo scambio di alcuni messaggi su whatsapp dai toni poco gentili, in cui mi imponeva da lì a poco, dato che c'erano degli ospiti entranti, di depositare la chiave del portone nella cassetta in quanto era l'unica chiave a disposizione per tutta la struttura. Per rimediare all'errore, ho lascito la mia famiglia e l'attrazione per la quale avevo pagato, ho percorso il tragitto di corsa, per poi ricevere un messaggio, in cui mi informava che il proprietario dell'immobile era stato scomodato per aprire il portone. Il giorno dopo, porgendo le mie scuse al personale in struttura, forse tra questi anche il proprietario molto gentile, vengo a sapere che il portone poteva benissimo essere aperto da remoto, con un semplice numero di telefono. Capisco che è stato un mio errore, ma non si può fare affidamento ad una sola chiave in una struttura cosi grande. Per quanto riguarda la camera, la finestra era adattata con un sistema approssimativo per consentire l'istallazione del sistema di climatizzazione. tale sistema riduceva in modo significativo l'insonorizzazione della camera.

• Dr. Zeynep (8/5): Außergewöhnlich - Das Badezimmer müsste einmal komplett saniert werden, da u.a. Schimmel ein Problem ist, dann würde es dem restlichen Flair gerecht sein. Man muss auch wissen, dass die ganzen Mülltonnen des sich unterm Haus befindenden “orientalischen Markt”es direkt unten am Haus befinden und die Müllabfuhr morgens sehr früh unterwegs ist.

• Patrycja (10/5): Świetny czas w super lokalizacji - Super apartament z jacuzzi bez limitu, na ogromnym tarasie (dużo większy na żywo niż na zdjęciach) 😍 Lokalizacja na ulicy z wieloma sklepami i kawiarniami, blisko dworca (5 min) skąd można dojechać dosłownie wszędzie. Do portu 20 min spacerkiem. Pobyt był wspaniały i szkoda nam było wyjeżdżać 💕 Materace mogłyby być troszkę bardziej miękkie ale to indywidualna preferencja 😊

• Stefania (10/5): Posizione interessante - Posizione ottima, spazi comuni molto carini, Mi è piaciuto che nella sala dove si poteva fare colazione ci fosse il distributore dell'acqua, il fabbricatore di ghiaccio, la macchina Nespresso per il caffè con cialde e bicchieri a disposizione. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di poter vedere Netflix la sera prima di dormire. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. 1) il condizionatore sopra la testata del letto. 2) La rampa di scale ripida per raggiungere la camera. 3) Il fatto che nella sala dove si poteva fare colazione non ci fosse un lavandino per pulire due stoviglie.

El suelo del baño estaba agrietado. La bañera no tenía cortina. La manguera de la ducha estaba rota. No se avisa en booking de las condiciones de accesibilidad.

(6/5): - The location is great and the room itself was nice and even charming, but I wouldn’t stay here again: - The check-in website takes a long time to fill out b/c country fields don’t populate correctly. We had to try about 5 times for each, and there are many (Country where passport issued, country of residence, etc. for each person). - The web link to get in front door for the first time didn’t work and told us the function wasn’t available. The alternate method (code to lock box) also didn’t work. The company did respond and we got in, but it took a while. - The wifi in the room was terrible to the point of being almost entirely unusable. - The bathroom has a tub, but there is no shower curtain or barrier and you have to hold the shower head (attempting not to spray everywhere). - Biggest issue: There are people onsite who are clearly staff, but when you walk through the common areas they don’t say hello and studiously avoid eye contact. It’s very strange and uncomfortable and makes you feel like you’re invading their space. I understand it’s not a hotel, but some basic courtesy would be nice. - I could do without the repeated reminders that if you leave the door propped open, check out late, etc. you will be charged $200. It’s fine to post policies, but it’s a bit of overkill, especially combined with the unwelcoming staff. All in all, it was a very strange experience.

• Łukasz (7/5): - Mozliwosc zostawienia bagazy. Slaba komunikacja. Grzyb w lazience i brzydki zapach. Drugi pokoj bez okna, do ktorego trzeba dostac sie po kretych schodach. Pokój, w którym byliśmy (Columbus) oddziela pomieszczenie biurowe/recepecję cienka ściana - rano było bardzo słychać rozmowy pracowników. Absurdalne są też wyweiszone na każdym kroku ostrzeżenia informujące o karach za nie przestrzeganie regulaminu - trochę to nie przystoi w tego typu obiekcie np. nie domknięcie drzwi wejściowych - kara 100 EUR. Po pobycie otrzymaliśmy mail, w którym zostaliśmy poproszeni o ocenę 10/10 w zamian za "prezent niespodziankę".... Chyba nie na tym ma polegać system opinii na booking.com

Da qui ci si può muovere a piedi per il centro fino al porto facendo una passeggiata per Genova. Check in un po' macchinoso con richiesta di pagamento della tassa soggiorno su carta di credito separatamente dal soggiorno pagato con Booking per addebitare poi le eventuali spese extra. Il bagno della nostra camera avrebbe bisogno di una piccola re ristrutturazione

• Alin (4/5): - Locatia - este situat foarte aproape de zonele turistice, de port. Pe site scrie ca are parcare dar parcarea este publica si se plateste. Noaptea e zgomot si nu ne-am putut odihni. La miezul noptii se ridica gunoiul si se face curat pe strada - se aude tot acest zgomot. In spate este o piata agro-alimentara si incepand cu ora 4 se face aprovizionarea, e foarte mult zgomot. In baie miroase urat - banuiesc ca de la canalizare. Locatia o gasiti foarte greu.
• Andres (8/5): Gran ubicación y limpieza - La ubicación y la limpieza. Somos una familia de 5 y nos resultaron muy cómodos los espacios. El aire acondicionado fue una bendición para soportar el calor. La falta de ascensor. Pero no teníamos maletas grandes, por suerte.

De plus, les 15€ de taxe de séjour se transforment en 30€ de taxe de la ville à régler impérativement via un site internet douteux par carte bancaire. Après avoir cherché l'hébergement pendant 1h, nous avons tenté de rentrer pendant 1h et c'est une cliente qui nous à ouvert. Il n'y a aucune réception
• Guest (5/5): Tag und Nachtleben entgeht einem im Hotel nicht. - Das Hotel hatte kein Frühstück zu bieten aber es waren 2-3 Bäckereien in der Nähe. Mir gefiel dass es Netflix gab. Das Zimmer hatte einen Abstellraum für Kleider welches nützlich war da das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett sehr klein ist. Die Minibar kam zu Nutze. Die Klimaanlage auch. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert für Aussengeräusche. WLAN war trotz eigenem Router im Zimmer schlecht. Nicht von Vorteil wenn man begrenztes Roaming hat. Schnell stickig da kleines Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer ist eher nicht für 2 Personen geeignet.

• Arsenii (10/5): Durante il nostro soggiorno in hotel c'era una compagnia molto rumorosa che comunicava ad alta voce e ascoltava musi - L'appartamento è molto spazioso e confortevole! Siamo stati in vacanza in famiglia, con bambini di 10 e 12 anni e due cani! Siamo entusiasti! Non è stato addebitato alcun costo aggiuntivo per ospitare i cani, il che è molto bello. -

• Carlos (7/5): - El apartamento es muy grande, con una cocina ideal para comer o cenar en familia. La ubicación también es genial, pues está muy céntrico y hay muchísimos bares y restsurantes al lado. Destacar también que facilitan una botella de agua mapa de la viudad No es recomendable para viajeros con muchas maletas, maletas grandes o cochecito de niños, porque hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras. Tampoco nos gustó el proceso de check in, ni que constantemente te recuerden que a las 10h en punto tienes que dejar la habitación. La comunicación con el hotel a través de WhatsApp en nuestro caso no fue inmediata. Las camas un poco duras. Por último, sería deseable que, dado que hay lavavajillas, facilitaran un par de pastillas para utilizarlo

• Serhii (9/5): - Dobra lokalizująca przy dworcu Brigniole ( dla nas to było ważnie ,ponieważ mieliśmy wyprawę do Parku Natury Portofino. Fajna duża kwatera ze wspólnymi przestrzeniami i ciekawą pod względem architektonicznym. Trzeba brać pod uwagę ,że to osobny pokój z własną łazienką w pokoju w dużej kwaterze ( dla Włoch to częsta sprawa ) ,co może nie każdemu odpowiadać. Dokładnie w naszym pokoju klimatyzacja była akurat nad zagłówkiem łóżka ,co może być źle dla osób ,podatnych na przeziębienia .
