• Teulet (9/5): - Koba et sa femme de ménage sont très bien. Le ménage est fait, les draps sont lavés, les douche sont propres, ce n'est pas du tout vétuste, très bien très bien ! Personne ne m'a apporté mon petit déjeuner au lit 😉

• Alexander (10/5): - Это хостель бутик на 5 мест. Есть центральное отопление что зимой очень полезно. Хозяин очень отзывчивый . Можно постираться за 10 лари.
• Marek (8/5): - The price is good. Place is on hill and far from city center. The Host wasn't very friendly. The room (kitchen) is in basement with only one small window. There are 5 beds with minimum space around. The doors usually got stuck when you close them and then it was extremely difficult to open them. Kitchen work desk was almost unusable. If somebody smoked on terrace above entrance, the cigarete smoke sank down to the room through the doors or window.

• pedrojose1992 (9/5): Estancia ideal en lo alto de Avlavari y cerca de la Santa Trinidad. - La tranquilidad que hay en el alojamiento lo puedo valorar mucho para poder desempeñar trabajo remoto a través de smartphone y con internet, la limpieza, el mobiliario bien cuidado, la atención y desempeño que ejerce su anfitrión, un dueño bueno y justo. La ubicación está muy cerca de la Catedral de la Santa Trinidad y a pocos minutos de Avlavari, Rika Park Tbilisi, Puente de la Paz , el río Kurá, Mekteki. Espero regresar muy pronto señor Koba ! En particular no podría anotar nada negativo, por poner algo tal vez la última jornada de mi estancia cuando llegó una huésped que ya noté que había estado más veces , si algún usuario necesitaba descansar, ella permanecía hasta las cuatro o las cinco de la mañana con las luces encendidas, chateando con una laptop y hablando como si nadie existiera en la estancia, aunque yo pude congeniar bien con ella, muy agradable, en definitiva, durante mi estancia estuvo todo bien ! Con Dios delante espero volver !

• Laszlo (4/5): The bad smell was penetrating... - The bathrooms were clean. I also liked the free welcome mini soap and mini shower gel. The hostel is in a basement. The bad smell was penetrating. I arrived in the afternoon, without mobile internet, so instead of starting the hassle to find another place, I decided to stay (I booked only for two nights). A bit far from the centre. The owner made me promise to write a good rewiev ("You know, it means money.").
• EVGENII (10/5): - Отличный хозяин. Гостеприимный. Есть кухонная зона, полотенца, мыльные принадлежности. Тихо, спокойно. Не шумный район, при этом недалеко от центра. Приеду ещё. Нет плиты, чтобы готовить, но это мне не критично, я готовить и не собирался. В Тбилиси лучше брать готовую еду.

• Malik (8/5): Sweet Hostel - I enjoyed meeting new people, especially the host. He is truly a nice man with many years of experience in hospitality business, flexible and willing to do extra to make your stay pleasant. I think this attitude earned him quite a few returning customers. It's not very conveniently located, but at the same time close to Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. There's a minibus route nearby and I actually enjoyed walking downhill to the metro station in the morning.

The facilities are in pristine,clean condition,the owner is very organized,responsible and very helpful to foreigners,he offers genuine Georgian hospitality. I recommend this hostel! Location. Bit far ,but you can take cab for 5 GEL to the city and walk to the famous Georgian church 15 min.

• Max (8/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the owner is very helpful and attentive. - The owner was very helpful. He received me at the property, explained the rules and gave me a nice welcome. The place is clean. The rooms are quiet, and the bed is comfortable. I will book again in the future! The location is a bit far from the city centre. But there is a good bus connection.
