- Sandro (8/5): Great for a family of four - The apartments location is within walking distance to the Parsenn-Train and the small Migros super market. The kitchen is well equipped (it even has a Nespresso coffee machine that the administration office obviously does not know of.. when I asked I was told the apartment doesn't have any) and the beds are cosy.

It would be really helpful to receive something like a map including instructions ahead.
We have had quite some troubles to find the key and the entrance to the house and the garage. It would also be helpful to know the parking lot number of the garage in advance!
The apartment was more or less clean but we were wondering about the animal hair (probably a dog?) on the sofa and in the vacuum cleaner (that was a huge mess) since the owner does not allow any pets.
I was also a little disappointed that we did not receive a local blue garbage bag, which is usually included in the rent (at least one). This was a little inconvenient on the first day.
Last but not least, the contact to the administration could be smoother. Long waiting time and no response on the phone. We arrived on a Saturday, late afternoon and tried contact the mobile phone since we were not able to find the entrance… no answer.
Luckily we found our way but it took some time.
All in all, a good and convenient stay but one can see that the apartment was built in the 80s and getting a bit long in the tooth.
