• Schneider (5/5): - Die Lage und dass es genügend Bäder gab . Wohnung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gefrierschrank war komplett vereist. Viele Treppen. Bei der Wohnungsübergabe, war das Personal unfreundlich.

One bed room AC NT working, ther is one portable AC BUT no ducting Water taxi is far off Fell well below our expectations

• Robert (7/5): Loved the location but I expected better accommodations for the price paid. - Location was very good. It was clean. Living room furniture was a mismatch of styles and worn out. Master bath had a water leak which was reported to the host. No reply. Had a washer machine but no dryer?

• Jennie (10/5): 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living room, kitchen and comfy beds! Great communication w/host - This was our first time visiting Venice. I was able to communicate with property owner through Booking.com before arrival to understand the best way (step by step) to get to the house from St. Lucia. It was a little tricky finding the street, however, Nino was waiting for us when we arrived. Helped us get settled and walk us through the house. Easy!
• Kimberly (9/5): Very helpful staff, comfortable accommodations, lots of room, gorgeous view over a canal. - A beautiful, unique, historic stay in a quiet, local area. A warning about the stairs would have been helpful for my older family member- 6 flights.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Location was good, near many things and easy to walk around. Wifi didn’t work at all. Furniture is old and threadbare with worn out cushions.
• Rebecka (9/5): Superb - The location was great, close to both most tourist attractions but also some quiter streets. We really enjoyed the layout and design of the apartment, as it felt cozy and welcoming. The property could use an update in kitchenware, mainly glasses and such. For example we found a wine opener but no wineglasses.

• Katie (9/5): great location, super clean and lots of space - very clean and tidy. helpful host/welcome person - good communication great location for seeing Venice. everything is 10 mins or less walking. plenty of room. no. of bathrooms only thing we didn’t like was the hairdryer, which didn’t get very hot and wasn’t powerful….but that is minor!
• Tan (8/5): Very good - Good to fit all 8 pax. Location is not bad. The light in the room on the top floor doesn't work. Bathroom facilities is slightly inadequate too for upstairs.

• Rosemary (10/5): Lovely apartment in Venice - We loved the location. We were a family group & overall the accommodation worked really well for us. We had no problems with mosquitos (referred to in a previous review); we kept the windows closed most of the time. The air con was excellent. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There was a double bed in the room where we expected twin beds. For someone with mobility issues the staircase would be a problem.
