Momak koji radi kao Haus majstor je bio izuzetan i od pomoći u svakom slučaju! Gazda ne poštuje dogovore i rezervacije. Rezervisao sam sobu na spratu sa pogledom na more. Bio sam ucenjivan da sa suprugom i malim detetom prihvatim sobu u podrumu! Gazda je rekao da kao izvinjenje, da neće nam naplatiti boravak, dok nismo ušli u tu sobu, posle se predomislio i deo da nije to rekao već da će nam dati samo 5e popusta ! Ne preporučujem saradnju!

• Hashimzada (10/5): If you plan to travel a lot and not to stay in room most of your visit it is a good option - Location close to Sultanahmet, if you travel and want to see all ancient mosques that a best option as you can you walk easely all the pla es. Also close to road easy to get to the bus station and taxi As for the room itself it is clean and quite pace, very friendly staff. Bathroom a bit small, but everything worked and was clean.

El grifo da repelus tocarle porque está feisimo, y la ducha deja mucho que desear En la pagina pone: Hay parking gratis privado en el establecimiento. No es necesario reservar. No hay parking ni nada, es una calle sin más. y dejan coches en doble fila. Cuando quisimos salir tuvimos que estar media hora esperando a que buscaran de quienes eran los coches para salir.

The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.Overall, it’s definitely worth it. Το δωμάτιο μέσα ήταν εντάξει για τα λεφτά του αλλά πολύ κακή υγιεινή δεν ήρθανε ποτέ να μας φέρουνε χαρτί τουαλέτας ούτε να μας αλλάξουν σεντόνια για μία βδομάδα που μείναμε Ούτε πετσέτες…. Το Προσωπικό είναι συνεννοήσιμο. Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου υγιεινή του δωματίου αρχικάΔεν μου άρεσε καθόλου υγιεινή του δωματίου. Την πρώτη μέρα όλα εντάξει ήταν στρωμένο το κρεβάτι υπήρχε χαρτί τουαλέτας ένας κάδος πετσέτες ενώ είχαμε κλείσει για έξι μέρες δεν ήρθαν ούτε μία φορά να μας αλλάξουν τα σεντόνια να μας φέρουνε πετσέτες να φέρουνε χαρτί τουαλέτας ούτε να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο και προσπαθήσαμε να κρατήσουμε όσο πιο καθαρό γίνεται διότι όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν χάλια. Δεν είναι θέμα τιμής το να κρατάς ένα δωμάτιο καθαρό και να φέρεις πετσέτες αυτό πρέπει να γίνεται αυτονόητα..

• Nicolae (1/5): Dezamăgitor, de evitat pentru viitor! - Bine amplasat, aproape de obiectivele turistice În ziua în care am ajuns la cazare proprietarul nu s-a prezentat pentru a ne înmâna cheile și a venit alta persoană si ne-a dus la subsolul clădirii unde era umezeală, mizerie si efectiv nu puteai sa dormi. După o discuție cu proprietarul acesta ne-a mințit ca este la spital si ca problema camerei se va rezolva în următoarea zi, după multe insistente acesta ne-a dat de la o cameră pentru 3 persoane cum am făcut rezervarea la 2 camere separate care la fel au fost murdare, lenjerie ruptă și murdară , mobilier rupt , toaleta infectă iar la una dintre camere tavanul fals era lipit cu bandă. A doua zi dimineața proprietarul a venit și a insistat să facem plata cash însă acesta a refuzat să ne dea bonul fiscal deși ceea ce a făcut el este ilegal. El ne-a promis ca la plecare ne va trimite factura însă nu am primit nimic. Mai mult de atât când am raportat problema la booking și toate nemulțumirile acesta le-a spus ca nu ne-am prezentat la cazare și ca nu am stat de fapt acolo. Nu recomand acesta cazare!!! Acest review nu a fost făcut cu rea intenție, dorim ca alte persoane să nu fie înșelate cum am fost noi .Tot ceea ce am spus aici poate fi dovedit cu poze (am mai multe poze decat cele 4 care se pot încărca).

• Diego (1/5): Nunca recomendaría este sitio ni volvería. Gran error haberlo elegido - Las vistas de la habitación, pero eso no compensa dormir en esas condiciones. La cama era una porquería, el colchón tenia más curvas que una montaña rusa. Me dolía la espalda muchísimo. El somier tenía clavos sin terminar de clavar en la zona de los pies. La televisión no funcionaba. No es un hotel, además de estar mal señalizado. Le moleste a una inquilina porque ponía que era allí. Le pusieron hotel en el nombre pero nada de eso. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras no tienen apoyo, y son muy empinadas.

• Pacay11q11 (5/5): Accesible y útil si solo vas a dormir - La ubicación es cerca de las Mezquitas y de restaurantes. Pero alejado de otras atracciones turísticas. Es un lugar solamente para dormir, no tiene otros servicios. No había alguien en recepción permanente, aunque respondió rápido las preguntas. Y ofreció servicio de taxi. La sábana y toalla estaban rotas. Tuvimos que pedir que hicieran limpieza, al parecer si no lo pedíamos, no lo hacían. No cuentan con ningún servicio, como de restaurante y algunos muebles ya están viejos y necesitan cambio. Las gradas son muchas y de difícil acceso para personar mayores de edad.

Вам подойдет этот отель если вы один и с рюкзаком, как я 👍 Для двух людей с чемоданом будет сильно тесно да и узкая лестница не будет удобной для поднятия больших вещей

• Palak Pankajbhai (2/5): I didnt feel that it was worth the money i paid - The one guy over there who seems to be owner was with good nature however there was no one else apart from him we reached on time and there was no one. There is only one person who is owner as well. no other staff member and no facilities given. No kitchen, ac was not working, darins were jammed in bathroom, bathroom light not working, shower broking! and for the rest of the time there was no one apart from us in the whole hotel.

• Iris (7/5): Comfortable, pleasant, well located - The room was small and a bit impracticable because of the step'down to the door but other than that it was exactly what we needed it to be. Good bed, airconditioning, bathroom, and fridge. It was clean, the hotel is located in a good area, lot's of nice places to eat or drink coffee, walkable and close to hsitorical center. It was value for money and check in was very easy. There were a couple of stepd down to get to the door from the inside of the room. More than once did almost fall down them because I did not expect this.

• Kiril (5/5): Not impressive, nor disappointing - I liked that the sheets were clean and the place was very tidy. The staff was very helpful. The toilet would stink like hell every time someone would take a shower and it would stink up the whole room. The bathroom is a bit cramped, otherwise it’s okay.
• M. Shah (9/5): - The hotel is located in a quiet area with a lovely sea view and is within walking distance to the sea, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and all the main attractions. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. The beds are cozy, and the bathroom with very good shower pressure. Overall, it's a great place to stay and offers good value for money. The sea view room is on 3rd floor and without a lift. One has to use stairs.

• Stefanie (5/5): Only worth it for the location - Bathroom was clean excellent location (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque in walking distance, seaside also very close, good restaurants nearby) Friendly reception AC worked well Good dark curtains Comfy bed Bedsheets and some bathtowels were dirty. There was no real blanket, we had to sleep under the bedspread. Everything was cheaply manufactured (plastic chairs, toilet almost fell apart). The fridge was working but extremely smelly (smelled like goat cheese). No lift, 2 flights of very steep stairs - not suitable for people with reduced mobility!
• Temirlan (10/5): We spent 3 days in Istanbul. This hotel is a perfect place to stay and explore the city due to its location - Great location, very clean and the host is very helpful.
• Joaquim (8/5): Good value for money in a decent location. - Great host. Did his best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Location is good (5 min walk to Sultanahmet square), with some decent restaurants and a grocery store that came in handy to buy water and other supplies for the day. Towels were changed and overall the room was tidy and clean. In the end, you get what you pay for. On the downside: TV wasn't working - as in, it turned on but no channels were tuned... Shower could use some improvement.
