- Yee Ki (9/5): - 公寓樓下便是小超市, 附近也有很多便利店和食店, 距離車站和商場也不遠. 屋內很清潔整齊, 有洗衣機, 咖啡機, 設備齊全的廚房, 基本生活所需設備該有的都有. 只有起居室和雙人床的卧室有冷氣機, 在夏天時所有房門都要開著才可以共享冷氣, 若是一家人的話還好, 如果是三對夫婦或情侶就可能有點不方便.

- Marjan (9/5): Recommended. - Apartment is nice, clean, well equipped (as described). Everything was working. Location is convenient, 10 min walk from Ikebukuro station. There are plenty restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Communication with the host was in English, without any problem. Instructions for check-in and check-out were thorough and easy to follow. The only thing we missed was an air-conditioning unit in the second bedroom. The wiring is prepared, however the unit was never installed. Nevertheless, the bedroom can be sufficiently cooled through the door from the kitchen/dining room.
