• Ondřej (10/5): Definitely recomanded - Very kind householder, he gave us very clear and helpful instructions. Also, he met all of ours special requirements! I was so surprised by quality of accomodation. After the end of our trip I didnt want to leave from that nice flat. I was like i want to live there Only small disadvantage of accomodation is the distance from public transport

• katsaras (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη και ασφαλείς. Έχει υπόγειο parking το οποίο είναι πολύ βολικό για κάποιον που έχει αυτοκίνητο! Έιναι πλήρως εξοπλησμένο. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα! Το μόνο μικρό αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν έχει στις κρεβατοκάμαρες τηλεόραση.

• Froso (8/5): Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, αλλά υστερεί σε καθαριότητα - Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε ωραία περιοχή κ πολύ όμορφη θέα … Αρκετά άνετο κ ο διαχειριστής απόλυτα κατατοπιστικός . Δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με την καθαριότητα , καθώς φάνηκε ότι πολλά σημεία του σπιτιού έχουν να καθαριστούν αρκετό καιρό κ η σκόνη είναι αρκετά εμφανής. Επίσης στην κουζίνα οι ηλεκτρικες συσκευές δεν είχαν καθαριστεί καλά, όπως κ τα ποτήρια. Τα σαμπουάν ηταν μισοτελειωμένα πράγμα που το θεωρώ απαγορευτικό όταν δίνεις τόσα πολλά χρήματα για ένα βράδυ . Γενικα ήταν κρίμα να έχουμε ένα τόσο όμορφο διαμερισμα για διαμονή κ να υστερεί τόσο στην καθαριότητα .

• Petros Skarmoutsos (10/5): Great stay in Athens - The house was fully equipped with everything. Fresh, new, clean and full of light. Private underground parking was a big plus. No issues.

• PeriDesypri (8/5): - Ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα ρετιρέ στο Χολαργό, 100τμ, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με μεγάλη θέση στάθμευσης σε υπόγειο πάρκινγκ. Δεν είχε καθαριστεί το μπροστινό μπαλκόνι, το οποίο ήταν γεμάτο κουτσουλιές.Κριμα γιατί είναι μεγάλο με ωραία θέα και δεν μπορεσαμε να το αξιοποιήσουμε.

• Goriwoda (10/5): - Lovely apartment, clean, very spacious, came with Netflix. Not a problem as such but to note it's a 20 minutes walk to the Metro and then it's still a bit to get to the Centre of the city. Calm and safe area though.

• Stavroula (10/5): - Είναι αυτό ακριβώς που παρουσιάζει.. παρείχε τα πάντα, πολύ ωραίος και προσεγμένος χώρος. Ήσυχη περιοχή που δεν έχει τη φασαρία του κέντρου, αν κ πολύ κοντα. Επισκέφτηκαμε το κατάλυμα γιατί μας εξυπηρετούσε η περιοχή κ σε αυτά που θέλαμε να δούμε. Το πάρκινγκ είναι ένα μεγάλο συν στη διαμονή αν και στους δρόμους τριγύρω με λίγο ψάξιμο βρίσκεις θέση. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψη.

• AIKATERINI (7/5): - Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, άνετο για μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων.Πληρως εξοπλισμένο και βολικό το πάρκινγκ,ωραία πολυκατοικία και ωραία περιοχή. Καλή συνεννόηση με διαχειριστές. Η καθαριότητα ήταν ανεπαρκής. Οσα βλεπει η πεθερα ηταν καθαρα, οι λεπτομερειες οχι (βρώμικα τζάμια, σκόνη κάτω απο έπιπλα, ακόμα και μια κάλτσα, βρώμικο πιγκαλ, βρωμικο πωποβρυσακι, βρώμικα μπαλκόνια).

• Constantia (10/5): Άψογη - Ήταν πολύ άνετο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, με πάρκινγκ σε υπόγειο γκαράζ και μεγάλη βεράντα. Θα μπορούσε να έχει στην κουζίνα μιξεράκι για φραπέ, πετσέτες και γάντι φούρνου, αν και ίσως θεωρεί λεπτομέρεια 😁

• Nikolay (10/5): Great apartment! - The apartment was clean, tidy and exactly like the pictures. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car and you can park for free in the small streets around it. We had a great time and are considering using the apartment again.

• Konstantinos (4/5): Nice house but won’t visit again - The house was not clean at all, like it was poorly or just not cleaned for some time (dusty floor, hair at almost all corners). Communication with the administration was also problematic. We had requested for an additional day, which was confirmed in the booking platform. Despite it being approved, the administration entered the apartment in the afternoon asking why we are still there. It ended up that the confirmation was made from their side for free (probably by mistake). Despite that we could have avoid paying, we did pay a normal rate (100 euros) using mobile transaction. We paid the same amount but there was no booking.com costs. After we agreed that we will pay 100 euros, and after entering the house why we were inside, the person responsible called me 3-4 minutes after they left and asked me to send the additional money now. I said that I was eating with my family but they insisted in me sending the money now. I will definitely avoid visiting again.
• Charalampos (8/5): Fair. It could be improved. - Modern apartment Not very clean. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty. The floor was not very clean.
• Christina (10/5): Beautiful comfy appartment - We are Greeks living abroad and we choose to stay in this neighborhood every time we visit Athens. This was our second time in this appartment and we are sure there will be many more. It is a very well equipped, spacious, modern, beautiful appartment which makes us feel like home. Metro station (blue line) is not far away and that makes commuting to airport and city center easy and convenient.

• Niki (6/5): great place/ terrible company managing it - The property is amazing. All the facilities exceed the pictures. The company managing the property was unacceptable. The keys were not at the lock box when we arrived. The property was not ready at 15 that we said we were going to check in. We had explained that we were there for medical purposes and needed the place on time. The company managing the house hanged up the phone as soon as i was not happy with the situation. They gave us the keys and the appartment was not cleaned not even a basic vacum cleaning was performed. We had to clean the appartment ourselves. They did not appologize more than saying sorry for being 30min late. Very rude.

• Christina (10/5): comfortable beautifully decorated appartment - A beautifully decorated apartment in a nice neighborhood of Cholargos. We were surprised on how well equipped it was. Super comfortable and with a balcony with a nice view. It will be our first choice every time we visit Athens
