Dimitris is een hele leuke man die eigenlijk direct reageert in whatsapp. Je zit naast een sportscafe. dus luidruchtig is het wel. de buren slaan ook met de deuren also het hun eigendom niet is.
• Galina (1/5): Misleading Listing, Unlivable Conditions - Absolutely nothing. It’s a disaster This property is seriously misrepresented on Booking.com. On arrival, there was a strong unpleasant odor and multiple flies at the entrance. Inside, the towels and bedding smelled like frying oil, which raised clear hygiene concerns. The layout is not properly disclosed. The shower is in the bedroom with no window or ventilation, so steam builds up in the sleeping area. Noise and privacy are major problems. The flat is very noisy from the street, and there are shared internal doors with other units that were not mentioned. I could hear other guests, including snoring. When I raised these issues, the host dismissed them as “unfair” instead of addressing the concerns. This is not about expectations or price. It is about accurate representation and basic living conditions. I left early and booked elsewhere. I would not recommend this property unless the listing is corrected to reflect reality.

• Paul (8/5): Just what I needed for the price I could afford. - The size, the nearby cafe's resturants and bars and thebus stop to airport seconds away. The host was great, and the place was well-equipped and great value for money. The pictures showed a gym like setting, which was not the case, in my apartment. Ithink the photos need updating, but still,I was very happy there.

• B.Dagman (10/5): Great place for remote work.Value for money. - This is well situated just a short walk from tje absolute city center (15-20 minutes). It is baically a two story flat with all amenities. Everything is well maintained and if any questions arise, the staff is aleays at hand. I called twice and got great assistance both times. I also got late checkout. This is great value for money. Not luxury but comfortable and clean. For me it was agreat place for a week of remote work. 200 mbit internet... I had no issues. A little bit dusty under the bed is the worst I can think of.

• Alexandre (7/5): Value for money for a quick stay - Nice studio, very clean, ideal for business travelers and short stays. Very well equipped, with adapters for EU plugs (VERY IMPORTANT!), a kitchen, and even some workout equipment (rowing machine). Excellent value for money, especially for those who mainly need a place to leave their things and enjoy a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Three negative points for which I gave a 7 out of 10: 1. The place is noisy (day and night). Since it’s a mezzanine built inside a former shop, it’s directly on a boulevard where cars pass 24/7. Very annoying if you’re sensitive to noise — you definitely need earplugs, otherwise sleeping is difficult. 2. The mezzanine has almost no protection from light, so you wake up at sunrise. A sleeping mask is necessary, so be prepared. 3. Hot water is available, but it’s not very hot — more warm than hot. Also, you need to keep the button switched on the whole time. This can be confusing, because in other countries you usually switch it on to heat the water and then off while using it. Here, you must keep it on, but this is not explained anywhere. Finally, I had earplugs and a sleeping mask with me, so it wasn’t a big issue. But for someone who isn’t prepared, it could be. Still, I consider this place an ideal option for a quick stay if you’re on a business trip.
• Ana (10/5): Strongly Recommend It!!! - The location and surroundings are great, is in a very walkable area to almost any attractions. The host is very responsive and very careful to details, he took care of everything and made my stay there absolutely perfect! I'll definitely come back and re-book! I wouldn't consider it a minus for me, but it is right next to the main street, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it for someone who has trouble falling asleep or has a baby due to the car noises. For me actually that silent noise on the background helped me fall asleep faster 😅

Pierwszy raz trafiliśmy na apartament z kabiną prysznicową w sypialni - obok łóżka. Woda ciekła po panelach. Zimna woda, ciężko było się wykąpać. W drugim pokoju siłownia, duży stół z krzesłami, ale zabrakło szafki lub półki na ubranie. W sumie pobyt udany, 2 noce dało się wytrzymać.

The place is not a normal residential property, but an office/studio/shop converted into a living space. It is located literally on a four-lane boulevard. The noise is constant. In addition, reviews for two different accommodations that have nothing in common are mixed here, which is very misleading.

• Evelyn Eleonora D'Orio (2/5): Soggiorno da incubo - L'alloggio è in una parte dell'isola comoda per raggiungere alcune spiagge famose. Soggiorno da incubo Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. In un primo momento non avevamo nemmeno capito che si trattasse di una camera in affitto, poiché l’immobile è chiaramente un negozio di articoli sportivi riconvertito in appartamento. L’alloggio si trova al piano terra e affaccia direttamente su una delle strade principali, risultando quindi molto rumoroso. L’assenza totale di finestre è inaccettabile: non c’è una finestra nella stanza principale né nel bagno. La porta del bagno è a soffietto e non garantisce alcuna privacy, rendendo di fatto impossibile la convivenza tra persone che non abbiano particolare confidenza. Il divano letto è stato coperto in maniera grossolana con un copriletto. Le lenzuola erano ruvide e non era presente nemmeno una coperta extra. Come se non bastasse, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio nella stanza, senza capire da dove potesse essere entrato. Fortunatamente Booking è intervenuto e ha autorizzato il rimborso della prenotazione, mentre per il proprietario i disagi non risultavano sufficienti.

Checked in later, but still always nice to get that message :) not very convenient when wc and room are in different floors, also it was quite noisy from outside because of poor isolation. Despite of that i should say it's still a really good option for a reasonable price.

• Paulina (2/5): This place should be illegal - Car rental behind the corner. Noise. Imagine sleeping in the middle of the street, with people walking past you. That's exactly how it feels. This apartment is located next to a busy, noisy street, separated only by a thin wall and a glass door. There's not even a proper entrance door. The street is noisy, you hear every conversation, and you're afraid someone will break the glass in the door any minute. This place is some former shop converted into something resembling an apartment. There's harsh white light from the lamps and no daylight. The bathroom is very small, and what's more, when we showered, water was pouring out under the living room floor. On the second day of our stay, we had an ant invasion; we had to sprinkle salt everywhere to get rid of them. There's no cooking facilities, and the amenities are very sparse. The bed is terribly uncomfortable; it's some kind of fold-out sofa, one side of which is uneven, and my body constantly collapses into the bed. The stench is awful. After a whole day away from the apartment, there was a terrible smell, like a mix of mold, damp, and a septic tank. After the first day, we would gladly move to another place if only we could find something.

• Michael (9/5): Przyjemny apartament - niczego nie brakowało - Duży i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Dobre instrukcje, aby znaleźć wejście, ponieważ jest trochę schowane. Trochę oddalone od promenady, około 10 minut spacerkiem - ale to akurat nie przeszkadzało. Przystanek autobusowy zatrzymuje się prawie przy wejściu. Małe sklepy w pobliżu. Polecam.

Trzeba tam jeszcze kiedyś przyjechać ale może bardziej w pa - Kwatera dosyć przestronna ,klimatyzator w sąsiednim pomieszczeniu także nie było go słychać ale działa jak najbardziej skutecznie. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dwa sklepy spożywcze czynne dosyć długo to znaczy o 22. h jeszcze były otwarte, Oprócz tego lokal z burgerami a obok Gyros Express- polecam bo tanio ( 5-6 € ) i smacznie . Do plaży spacerkiem około 15 - 20 minut . W telewizji przydałoby się trochę więcej programów.

Для 2-х дней проживания достаточно предоставленной микроволновки, чайника и холодильника, но желательно было бы иметь плиту для приготовления еды и стиральную машину для стирки вещей, а также указанную кофеварку.

• Jamie (9/5): Unexpected great apartment in a great location, which is good value for money - It was a huge apartment, with two rooms upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. It also provides most utensils / facilities, like microwave and kettle, mugs, glasses, crockery and cutlery. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no bannister / guard rail on the staircase, so it was difficult for me to move between downstairs / upstairs

There is only one Aircon and it is in the living room. It has to work a few hours before the bed zone cools down. I noticed cockroaches in the toilet during the night.

The owner made sure to put a crib for my daughter. :) The bed its a sofa bed that makes a lot of noise. Also not comfortable, after some days we got back pain. The toilet can't flush we had to use a bucket with water to flush.

• G (10/5): Great place to stay, ideal location. - Open plan apartment, ideal place to stay close to the beach and near the airport. Takeaways and supermarkets nearby as well as evening entertainment. Clean and comfortable bed with free WiFi. It's on a main road, so fairly busy traffic passing by.

• Анна (3/5): Don't recommend anyone - The housekeeper is nice. He left a compliment for our arrival. It was easy to check in because the key was in the safe box near the apartment door. There are some sport equipment in there. In general - it is just bad. I was very surprised by the good reviews after we came. 1. It is on the first floor with the windows on the main road of the city. The windows are very old and bad so you have the feeling of sleeping on the street. It is so noizy even at night so you won't sleep at all. We left at night without any sleep. 2. The location is strange. Very close there is a cafe where drunk people love to hang out till morning. We was there on Sunday and they had a party till 1:30 a.m of Monday already, very noizy with a lot of cries and laughs. 3. The apartment has 2 levels: ground floor for the toilet and the small kitchen. The 1st floor has a cofe corner, suddenly a shower and a bedroom with sports equipment. Everything is not very new. The floor is dirty especially on the stairs where there is a carpet. The bad is very cheap and not comfortable, if you are over your 30s, your back will be in pain in the morning. The toilet sometimes doesn't have enough water to splash, don't understand what it depends on. The fridge is very old and dirty with an unpleasant smell. And as another point the kitchen goes with a lot of ants near the microwave. Some of them came with us to our house because we put the bread there and haven't check it when check out. I trust that earlier it wasn't an apartment but some sort of studia, the vibe is not for your vacation so it is a good option only if you need a quick stay, and there are no other places left, you are not alone (because the area seems not very safe) and you can sleep anywhere no matter happens around you. But actually it is too expensive for all you get, I paid 70 euro by one night. The photos were rather good but the reality is bad.
