- Luke (9/5): A lovely house - stayed one night but would be good for a longer stay. Kitchen and living room was upstairs. - Close to the pub, had a hose for a bike wash
- Kylie (7/5): Cosy little beach shack. Amazing location - Gorgeous location. Cute beach shack feel Could have been a bit cleaner. Lots of dead bugs around the place

- diana (9/5): Wonderful place to stay before and after the Paparoa walking track. - Big living room looking out to the sea in the front, huge hills behind and above (excellent windows).lots of bedroom choice There was only one small bathroom for the 6 of us.
- Mary Jane (10/5): Cozy charming home on the coast! Loved the views! - Location.

- diana (10/5): A perfect place to stay before and after Paparoa track - Stunning views out all windows Only small bathroom for lots of people, outdoor cottage was cute but a walk to bathroom …

Thank you!! Shower door leaking onto floor, water pooling - I can see rotten floor if it's not fixed.
- Elsie (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Beautiful view The amount of dust. No signage so was hard to find
- Dini (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (8/5): Very comfortable accommodation and close to pancake rocks. - Perfect location for the Pancake rocks & blue holes No toilet to out house building for nighttime

- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (7/5): The View! - the view was fantastic the bug where not. Please note, the accommodation is split in two Witham annex with a double and two single beds in two rooms
- Kim (8/5): Great for peace and quiet6 - The view - a great location overlooking the ocean
Decor and kitchen facilities
Great walks nearby the heating was adequate but could have been better - fan heaters only
No bathroom in the annexe
- Cheree (9/5): Great location cosy living - Great location Could do with more heating
- Graeme (7/5): Good -
- Shar61 (9/5): Beautiful seaside retreat - great for family group - lots of bed options - Stayed here before - beautiful location and very friendly hosts - family business. Lots of wonderful walks within easy access. House was warm and toasty with fan heaters provided in all rooms Electric blanket on the cottage double bed would have been appreciated on the chilly wintery night. Luckily I had bought a hottie (and my husband) so no biggie!
- Gillespie (10/5): Exceptional - The location is incredible. The spaces for socialising are very good.
- Lex (7/5): Generally good facilities and a comfortable large lounge and kitchen space. - The location, the view and proximity to the sea. A little tired. Could do with a make over.
- Phil (5/5): Passable - We discovered that Seascapes made a mess of detailing what was available via Booking.com. In particular showing that the property could sleep 8 but making it impossible to book for more than 4 (I assumed, therefore, that kids were free). Upon arrival we were aggressively pursued to pay extra and two children were made to feel very uncomfortable by the property staff. Also kitchen facilities/utensils were substandard.
- Andrea (7/5): It was good, fine. Better than most - Lounge kitchen good size. Well equipped kitchen. Trees blocked the Seaview, they needed topping.
No bathroom on the detached outside other 2 rooms which you had to walk through one room to get to other bedroom.
- Jasper (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (8/5): Adorable house on the beach. Very quiet area -
- Denise (8/5): Very good - Spacious
- Salina (8/5): nice quiet location. great views - great location. good for families
- Joanne (8/5): awesome vicinity, so close to the beach great family venue - possibly needs a few more kitchen tools, food tongs and a hand beater or whisk
- Kim (9/5): Superb -
