Remonttimiehelle on töitä, siellä täällä vähän korjattavaa, mm. Vessan rengas osin irti. Astioita oli niukasti, syvät lautaset puuttuivat kokonaan.

Overall the apartment was comfortable. The bed as super comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in shower and the AC worked perfectly. The lift to 5th floor worked perfectly. Although the area is excellent for a traveler, if you like sleeping with windows open the noise is LOUD from restaurants below. Although there are some basis plates and drinking glassware, there were NO pots, pans or bowles for cooking and no type dish towels, spices or any other helpful items. There minimal bath towels for a week stay and NO blankets for bed or daybed, only sheet for bed.

• Aditya (1/5): Terrible staying experience and a host with a bad attitude - Very little to like about the property - the location was good, had lake como views and close to city centre. We spent 2 weeks in Italy and Switzerland staying in 8 cities and this by far was the worst apartment that we had and to top it all the host had a terrible attitude. We stayed only 1 night before heading to Zurich for our flight back home. There is no parking at the property and the closest garage is a 10 min walk away - something that is not mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived at the property - the ACs were working but not cooling - there was so much grime and dust in the vents that I presumed that the filters must have been clogged and it was 30 C / 92 F outside! The heat inside the apartment was unbearable. When I noticed that there was half roll of toilet paper, I messaged the host and he asked be to go buy it myself. His tone was curt but I understood that he doesn't stay near by. While the apartment had clean sheets and towels, it seems that it had not been vacuumed or mopped. Less than 20 mins walking around the apartment made all our feet filthy. There were hair and debris all over the floor. There were signs of mold and mildew as well. The water pressure in the shower was low and the tube has split from the casing! When I told the host about the AC not working (we were travelling with 2 kids) he literally turned on me and was borderline abusive. I would strongly recommend finding another place to stay unless you want to jeopardize your family's health and safety. Attached pics will provide context to my comments.

• Emma (9/5): Comfy apartment in a beautiful location - The location is fantastic with an exceptional view from the balcony. Comfy beds and friendly, communicative hosts. It is a little tired in some areas and could benefit from new balcony chairs as the current ones are tearing (x4 as well, rather than 2 as it can sleep 4) and new glasses as there were not enough wine glasses for each person. The taps and toilet seat need tightening up.

Staff was friendly & polite & helpful Entrance is not nice & is through the back of a restaurant which makes it feel like you are going into a hostel. It’s smelly & not clean. But once inside the property you are ok. The shower screen had one panel missing which resulted in bathroom getting flooded everyone we had a shower. There was left over shampoo, very little hand wash & 2 small toilet rolls. We had to do shopping for these things which was not expected.

Kitchen facilites were lacking. Only two coffee mugs and one bread knife that was not sharp. The floor didn’t seem to have been mopped. There was also a bad smell in the kitchen sink.

• Jan (9/5): Nice studio apartment with a stunning view. - Pietro was very welcoming and met us to give us the keys and show us in. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The location is also excellent and easy walking distance to everything. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom did not have any flat space to conveniently put your toiletries.
• Robyn (8/5): Amazing view and location!! - The view is magnificent and great location - 100m from Como Lago Station, ferry terminal and 200m from old town. Lovely welcome by cleaner Roberta!! Nothing really but note: there are two apartments next to each other. One has a glass panel from the shower missing but we knew from previous reviews this had happened.
• Marina (7/5): Perfect Como Location - The location was perfect and close to all the activities we had planned, additionally there were supplies like espresso and dishes for cooking which was nice. The only issue we had was that it seemed that one of our shower doors was missing and we are pretty tall and broad people so it we did get water on the floor. Additionally the air conditioner did take a long time to cool down the space when we arrived but stayed cool during our stay.

Unfortunately a couple of things were a little disappointing. The floors need a good scrub. It’s not visible to the eye due to the tiles but very dirty to walk on. The shower is very tiny. The outdoor chairs need replacing.

• Judy (8/5): Modern apartment in excellent location. - The apartment is in an excellent location. Close to restaurants, sightseeing activities, ferry, bus and train. The view from our balcony was excellent. It is also a nice size and modern with doors opening out to the balcony. The shower had a glass panel missing which made water go all over the floor. Bathroom door knob was broken and toilet seat was loose. When I contacted them to ask for more towels to soak up the water they said the previous occupant had broken the glass screen and door. Not sure if that was true. 🤷‍♀️ Also no jug to boil water to make a cup of tea.

Perfect location to explore Como with an excellent view from the balcony! Our host was great - friendly and helpful. The room needs a good clean - floors were not mopped and the bathroom had mould.

• Haris (1/5): Very poor host. The car park was very far and not as promised - Did not meet our expectation Communication with the host. Had difficulty getting into the apartment. The car park was miles away - it's over 30 minute walk from the car park to the apartment. The host refused to get back to me once the payment was done. The host promised a discount because we missed a day (due to really bad weather) but she totally ignored my texts thereafter (attached pics of chat). I totally understand that and she did not have to give a refund but there was no comms after that (we wanted a response for our insurance). I do understand if she did not want to give me a refund but she did not have to promise me if she was not meaning to but I still do not hold that against her. I came a day late and she could have helped us settle in a bit easier - I had a tough time getting in (with 2 small kids in tow) and the car park distance did not help (I even got a parking ticket due to the whole delay) But, this is besides the point that we had a very forgettable stay with the facilities and facilities. Our stay in Como, such an amazing city, was hampered by this terrible host.

• Nardine (10/5): Loved it - Pietro was super friendly, he waited for us for check in and showed us everything in the apartment. He also helped us plan our trip giving some recommendations. The apartment has perfect location with a walking distance to the city center as well as to the ferry station and to the funicular station. The view from the balcony is amazing ! The apartment is very cute and clean with all the essentials available. The building also has an elevator. Nothing, we liked everything.

The internal walls were thin so we could easily hear the people in the next apartment. The bathroom needs some repairs but mostly it was a lovely stay.

• Robert (10/5): Great location, friendly host, clean, great views from the terrace, accomodation was in good order. - Great location, friendly host, clean and tidy, great views of the Lake from the terrace/balcony, small rooms but perfect for our short stay and accomodation was in good decorative order throughout. One small concern was a broken toilet seat held together with sellotape - but looked like it may have happened recently and was waiting to be fixed?

There are quite a few dining option near the apartment but almost everyone serving the same thing. There are s 2 separate rooms , one with a partial view and another with full length view of pier. If view is your priority then it is better to verify which room will be allocated .There are no sofa's in the room as shown in the picture. One slider of the bathroom shower was broken but we managed,

• Simone (5/5): Neglected apartment. Photos do not match reality! - Lake view, clean linens. Host helped us find parking nearby. Decently renovated. The toilet seat was cracked and just taped over. Kitchen was not stocked with any kind of basics - no coffee or tea. Apartment had black mold in some places. Interesting and inconvenient position of the TV- next to the front door. No extra pillows, bed was hard and the only blanket we found in the bedroom closet was not washed from previous use! The host had very limited English and asked for copies of our passports, which was't typical. Overall nowhere near worth the 240 Euro/night price. Not recommended.

Tons of restaurants and grocery stores around , very close walking distance to Funicular, Ferry terminal and other attractions. The owner and his wife are so nice, welcoming and pleasant to us. They helped us with dinner recommendations, ticket prices and also booked a taxi for us to Como San Giovanni train station. Special thanks to their amazing hospitality and service which will make us thoroughly recommend this option again to anyone coming here Nothing

Location spot on just around the corner from Como Lago station and the bus stand. Carrefour grocery store within 2 minute walk. Train station is literally 2 minutes it’s perfect Just kept in communication on arrival day which was great! Lots of information on local attractions left No kettle had to boil in the job for hot water but just a personal preference everything else was fab!
