Julie (1/5): The worst place I have ever stayed with a complete disregard for customer service. - Kitchen was ok Smell of sewage from blocked toilet which we weren't informed of on arrival and had to push to get fixed even though they were aware of problem, when toilet was fixed there was still an unpleasant smell when you entered apartment. Bedding wasn't initially provided and had to be requested and still had useless pillows. I was told to share a bed with brother. Staff who came to property couldn't speak english and were no help. Manager on phone was phenomenally rude and wouldn't provide wifi code without asking me to 'say please' . Manager stopped answering phone to deal with complaints. Manager wouldn't provide keycode before arrival and we had to wait in street for 30 minutes and then there was no key in safe. Lounge was very uncomfortable, you had either hard wooden chairs or sofa bed set at awkward angle to TV. Back door has no proper lock so anyone can break a small window and walk in.
