Hana (3/5): Velké zklamání - Objednali jsme si apartmán se 2 ložnicemi, ale po příjezdu zde byla pouze 1 ložnice a 2 rozestlané pohovky v obývacím pokoji. Druhá z ložnic, která byla uvedena v popisu a zobrazená na fotografiích, byla zamčená a z druhé strany jako součást sousedního apartmánu zjevně pronajatá jiným klientům. Z mého pohledu si tedy provozovatel nechal 2x zaplatit za jednu ložnici a naše žádosti o navrácení části peněz za pronájem ignoroval. S ničím podobným jsem se ještě nesetkala a jsem z ubytování velmi zklamaná.
