• K.Kamann (10/5): Ideal für einen Pärchen-Urlaub im schönen Alkmaar - - Sehr schönes Apartment, zu zweit ideal mit sehr bequemem Doppelbett, schönem Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestatteter Küche mit Sitzecke und sogar einer Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Sicht auf die Mühle, dazu schöne Dusche und WC separat - perfekte Lage direkt neben einer Parkgarage und mitten in der Altstadt, alles war fußläufig erreichbar - sehr netter Besitzer mit unkompliziertem Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe und stellt auf Wunsch auch Bettzeug und Handtücher zur Verfügung (die übrigens fantastisch gerochen haben :-)) - alles war sauber in gutem neuwertigem Zustand Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber wer geräuschempfindlich ist, muss wissen, dass vom Apartment oben drüber alle Laufgeräusche und jedes Möbelrücken hörbar sind

• Uwe (10/5): Molenzicht - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Mühle! - Molenzicht - Tatsächlich mit dem Blick auf eine originale niederländische Mühle von der Terrasse aus. Die Windmühle dreht sich sogar. Sehr schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen am westlichen Rande der Altstadt von Alkmaar. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an Alexander! Parkhaus praktisch neben der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und hochwertig. Alles ist sehr sauber. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Ruhig gelegen. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert. Nichts.

Noise from scraping furniture from the upstairs flat was at times intrusive but improved once host was notified. Instructions for the combination microwave oven would have been useful
