• Barbara (10/5): Jó helyen a környék felfedezéséhez, és pancsoláshoz - Nagyon frekventált helyen , pár méterre a nagy szupermárkettől. Firenze , San Gimignano 1 óra , Pisa , Volterra és a tengerpart fél óra ! Nagyon tiszta és jól felszerelt szállás. A szomszéd kettő este nagyon hangos volt , nem tudtunk aludni , éjfélig - éjjel 1 ig, hangosan beszéltek, a székeket órákon át húzgálta, csapkodott , és kopogós cipőben járkált fel alá. Majd korán reggel újra kezdte a hangos pakolást és szék tologatást. Gondolkodtunk szóljunk e a szállás adónak, de nem akartunk problémát .

• ToniMoreno (8/5): Bienvenidos a Casaticcio - Apartamento cómodo y funcional, bien situado. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos cuantos días y descansar. En nuestro caso, la ubicación era muy buena para desplazarnos a nuestros destinos de visita. El parking propio, aunque no muy grande para dar la vuelta es muy útil así como el tener enfrente un supermercado. Por último, la atención de Valerio, aunque no llegamos a verle, fue fantástica, siempre atento a cualquier duda o necesidad. Echamos de menos una lavadora aunque como hemos estado pocos días tampoco ha sido un gran problema. El sofá cama es justito si eres una persona grande.

• Simon (9/5): - The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed. We stayed here as we were going to see Andre Bocelli and was only 20 minutes drive away.
• Matthew (9/5): Comfortable stay, small adjustments would have made it 10/10 - The apartment is a really great option for anyone staying in this part of Tuscany, with it being 30 minutes from Pisa and about 45 minutes from Lucca. It has the benefit of having a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, has a supermarket right next door for groceries, and is easy to locate off the main road, with a dedicated off-street parking space. The apartment was very comfortable for our two-night stay, with an especially comfortable bed and pillows, which you don't always get on your travels. Check-in and communicating with Valerio was also very convenient and fuss-free - he was always available to us and provided the best guidelines we have seen for a self check-in property. Thanks, Valerio! The only things that we would change would be for all of the windows to have mosquito nets installed, as the bathroom and bedroom windows did not have them. Because we wanted to get fresh air into the bedroom before sleeping, we then had to suffer being bitten a lot at night, which was not the most pleasant thing. Also, the kitchen cupboard doors and drawers were a little bit difficult to open and close, but this was a minor thing and would only require a small repair. The towels could also perhaps use a refresh.
