• Hetze (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion era aceptable. El precio no condice con los servicios ofrecidos. La puerta de ingreso al departamento muy difícil de abrir porque la cerradura esta rota, no pudimos cerrar la puerta en toda la estadía, el "colchón" super hundido y la cama hace mucho ruido (en el sillon se duerme mejor) , tiene lavarropas con un corto circuito que hace saltar la térmica y los pocos segundos que llego a lavar nos dejo la ropa llena de arena (No lo ofrezcan si no funciona), parte de la mampara la sustituyeron por una cortina hace que se moje todo el baño, pusieron solo toallas de mano no para todo el cuerpo y tenían muy feo olor y pelos de otra persona, mucho olor a humedad en general. Las fotos claramente ya no son referencia de como se encuentra actualmente.
• Elisabetta (1/5): NON PRENOTARE IN QUESTO POSTO - Posizione relativamente comoda, 15 min a piedi per arrivare in centro. Tutto. ATTENZIONE NON É UN POSTO PER CLAUSTROFOBICI. L’alloggio NON HA FINESTRE se non una piccola in bagno. Le foto non sono reali, l’host non sa cosa significa “empatia” e l’unico suo interesse è guadagnare fottendo i soldi agli ospiti. Per chi ha voglia di leggere spiego in breve quanto successo: Prima di tutto vi invito a fare il confronto tra le foto della recensione e le foto dell'annuncio. Detto questo, sappiate che se soggiornerete in inverno in questo "appartamento" che sembra più un garage, morirete di freddo quindi portatevi cose pesanti. L'host fornisce un termosifone elettrico che non riscalda l'ambiente, se ci stai accanto senti il calore altrimenti non c'è pericolo. Abbiamo passato la prima notte al gelo, mentre l'host diceva che non poteva farci niente perché alle 18 i suoi collaboratori erano già fuori dall'orario di lavoro. (Se state pensando all'assistenza Booking, sappiate che non risolveranno il problema e vi daranno un "rimborso simbolico" di pochi spiccioli). Per la seconda notte ci ha fornito una stufetta da bagno di quelle piccoline che fanno fatica a riscaldare anche un bagno piccolo quindi figuratevi una camera da letto o peggio ancora un soggiorno. Inutile dire che abbiamo passato anche la seconda notte al freddo, inclusi i pasti che facevamo in casa, con due felpe addosso tremando. Alla fine dei conti, dopo diverse chiamate all'assistenza sono riuscita ad ottenere 30€ di rimborso dalla struttura. Vi invito a guardare i prezzi per una notte per una persona.. non ci stiamo con 30€. Noi eravamo in due quindi immaginate la presa per il culo di questa persona. Ringrazio chi è arrivato a leggere fino qua, non prenotare, fidati. Sprechi i tuoi soldi e l’influenza é assicurata.

• Luiz Antonio (1/5): No recomiendo - Nada La cama vieja y con mucho ruido, la ducha pequeña y salía agua por todos los lados . Las llaves para abrir (3) puertas : la llave de la entrada bien, luego había otras dos puertas qué para abrirlas tenía que hacer un curso de magia con Huldine.

Encontar la llave es complicado beberían decir q está en una reja en una caja de seguridad. En las reglas del estudio dice q se debe sacar la basura x la noche es algo incómodo xq te quedas x la mañana y generas algo de basura no hay donde tirar .
• Trapo torres (1/5): - Nada Todo. Sofá cama muy sucio, pisos con pelos, baños con pelos, la cama ni digamos flujos vaginales de otra personas incluso sangres, osea no había hecho el cambio de sábanas eso me dio entender, muchos pelos en cama hay Dios. Un decepción total cuando llegamos.

• Arnold (2/5): - Super mal al momento de dar las explicaciones para entregar las llaves a parte de que estaban en la otra esquina en una rejilla ni siquiera había buenas especificaciones de que apartamento era.. solo una foto mal tomada que ni se veía bien.. ahora q la hora de abrir el apartamento pff fatal.. las llaves abrieron a la fuerza creo yo que podrian mejorar la cerradura, olía demasiado a humedad y pues no fue de mucho agrado…
• Isabel (1/5): Nefasta - nada, nos fuimos en el mismo instante de abrir la puerta Estoy planteando una denuncia para el reembolso del pago ya que no hemos utilizado el alojamiento. Al entrar y ver el estado insalubre y el deterioro del mismo nos pusimos en contacto para devolver las llaves. Muebles rotos, suciedad extrema, techos con humedad y medio caídos etc

• rafa (1/5): El peor y más sucio apartamento de Madrid - No me gustó absolutamente nada estaba todo sucio y roto , no sé cómo dejan alquilar eso Era todo horrible sucio todo roto, de verdad que no entiendo cómo una empresa como Booking pone eso para alquilar y encima a ese precio , la cama con un colchón de porquería, el sofá cama sucio y dormir hay es como dormir en el suelo la mampara de la ducha le faltaba una puerta y encima no tragaba bien el agua y se salía, la cocina con puerta sujetas con cadena y candado por qué estaba rotas, las cerraduras de entrada tardas si se te da bien un rato en abrir, la puerta de la habitación rota la manilla, en fin no lo alquilaré nunca en mi vida, lo más patético y asqueroso que me pasó en mi vida

Con un po di accortezze in piu' sarebbe una struttura carina - Posizione centrale La chiave di ingresso portone e porta non funzionavano bene, Armadietto e cordolo cucina rotto, Nel bagno perdita lavatrice. (Nessun tappeto) In bagno a disposizione 2 asciugmani e 1 1/2 rotolo di carta igienica per 4 notti 2 persone. Stoviglie poche. Macchie di umido su muri e soffitti

• Monica Goisabai (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación está bien, ya que en una parada te encuentras en plaza del sol. El barrio en el que se encuentra no da mucha confianza. Está muy cerca de la plaza de Lavapies, y por desgracia se junta gente que es mejor no encontrarte con ellos sola por la noche. El alojamiento tenía humedades (a pesar de tener el deshumidificador enchufado todo el día) No había ni un estante o armario para la ropa, ni espacio para poder dejarlo aun que sea encima de las maletas. Habían bastantes cosas rotas; la mampara de ducha le faltaba una parte y habia una cortina para sustituir ese cacho, en el suelo de la cocina estaba levantado el separador con el suelo del salón, y por lo tanto te podías tropezar, la manilla de la puerta estaba suelto, la puerta que da con el patio interior si no se cierra con llave no se cierra. La nevera no enfriaba a no ser que lo metieses en el minúsculo congelador que tiene dentro. En cuanto la limpieza también dejaba mucho que desear; nos encontramos un pañal (USADO) bajo la mesita de noche. No lo vimos hasta el último día a pesar de notar el olor. No hace falta decir que no fuimos con ningún bebé, por lo que no era nuestro. Ponía que habia toallas, y si que habían, pero 3 de tamaño pequeño que para dos adultos no es suficiente. La cama es una de muelles con un adaptador puesto encima para que sea mas cómoda, pero te hundes y suena muchísimo a la mínima que te mueves.

• Ricardo de Jesús (1/5): Pésimo y decepcionante - Solo la ubicación En primer lugar el ckeck in fue una hora más tarde de lo acordado, me hicieron esperar para entregarme las llaves, el lugar estaba sucio, con mal olor, la escobilla del lavabo llena de caca, la cama muy incómoda, las sábanas se miraban sucias, el ventilador era un miniventilador, sin papel de baño ni de cocina, sofá cama muy duro, incómodo. La ducha muy pequeña no se puede bañar bien, y el llavín de la puerta de acceso es difícil para abrir.

We couldn't talk to the host but we met a woman (we still don't know who she was) who phoned the host and told us that she had one copy of the keys of the flat but DIDN'T HAVE THE KEYS TO OPEN THE MAIN DOOR. We asked her: "What if we go out tonight?" and she told us: "You have to stay at home". I called Booking's customer service 10 times in 2 weeks and they couldn't help me because: - at the beginning they couldn't contact the host - when the host (Humberto, whom we didn't talk to) answered, he lied to them saying he tried to help us but we didn't want to stay - Booking doesn't care about its customers LAVAPIES DIDN'T GIVE US THE KEYS AND THE HOST HUNG UP WHEN WE TRIED TO TALK TO HIM: THEY DIDN'T HELP US! "Lavapies" stole us 296 euros and we had to book another accomodation spending additional money. This host can not be trusted.

• Giorgos (1/5): Bad - when We arrived we asked to leave our suitcases to go to the Bernabeu because we couldn't go with our suitcases and they refused. 2. It's in a very bad location. 3. The room is not what it looks like on the internet. It's completely different. It's like a warehouse. I regretted the day and the moment I decided to stay there.
• Dulgheru.silviu (3/5): Poor - - My experience here was extremely unpleasant. First of all, check-in is only at 4:00 PM, which is very inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Once we got to the room, the disappointment continued. The sofa at the entrance had broken springs. The room had a strong musty smell, and in addition, the phone signal was non-existent, which made communication extremely difficult. They don't give the bill! Overall, I don't recommend this place! The conditions are far from acceptable, and the quality-price ratio is very poor.
• Τζένη (1/5): Shame on you!!!!! - Shame on you, you left us on the sidewalk for 3 hours at 12 in the evening...they didn't give me the code to get in and they hung up on me because they didn't speak English. As soon as I got in, I saw that everything was dirty,the seets,the blanket,the sofa bed and of course I have pictures!!!! disgusting, you couldn't touch anything you would rather sleep in there.I asked for a blanket and they didn't answer me for 2 days, until I told them I was going to call the police, and they told me there was a sheet under the bed.There wasn't aircondition and the room was so cold and it hadnt warm water...You are unacceptable, I had to bring the police from the first night. You ruined my vacations. *guys you can check on internet there are plenty comments for this room...

• Curnow (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good, close to several sights and metro stops. The keys were not able to access. The lockbox was broken, and the property had to send an agent to bring a spare set, which meant we had to wait for over an hour. The owner did not even provide us the room number. We had to figure out which our flat was by trying the keys in random doors. The property had ZERO hot water, which made it impossible to shower as the water was freezing. We reported this immediately and were told to "just wait a while." Obviously, nothing improved, and then on Sunday, everywhere is closed, so no technician could come and help. At least the owner provided a small refund, but it did not make up for the disappointing service provided. If you can stay elsewhere, you should.

There was no desire to stay or even take a shower. Instead of a bed, there was a fold-out sofa with a thin, terribly uncomfortable mattress, old thin towels, holes in the sofa springs, and dust everywhere. The owner had absolutely no desire to help. I want my money back. This vacation is ruined. This was the worst experience with Booking and rental accommodation in general. This is not an apartment, it's a garage without windows, which caused me claustrophobia. There are no windows, it's damp, horribly dirty, and the humidity made my child sneeze. There was no desire to stay or even take a shower. Instead of a bed, there was a fold-out sofa with a thin, terribly uncomfortable mattress, old thin towels, holes in the sofa springs, and dust everywhere. The owner had absolutely no desire to help. I want my money back. This vacation is ruined.

• David (6/5): cheap stay for backpackers, can fit 4 people. Thin mat, a bit depressing. - Not too small. Quiet. Not really much more to like. There was toilet paper. The final instructions to get the keys and the code were sent a few hours before my arrival, when I was already flying. When I arrived to Spain I didn't have a data plan (no internet in my phone) so I went straight to the address where I was supposed to pick up the key, without checking for messages. There was nothing at this address. So I walked uphill 400 meters to the nearest cafe (carrying all my luggage, late in the night), connected to WiFi and saw a message saying that the key was inside a padlock attached to a light pole in the street. Like a spy movie. I returned, managed to find the key, entered the building's corridor, found the apartment's door in the darkness (later I learnt you need to waive your hands to turn the lights on), and when I stepped in my foot landed in a pool of rainwater deep enough to completely soak my shoes and socks. Turns out that the main door gives access to a tiny patio that's a breathing column for many apartments and from there you can access your room through a glass wall and door. The walls inside the bedroom are stained with dump, the sofa looks like a garbage salvage and it's on the floor. The bed's mattress is very thin, it's actually a mat. Good for a backpacker for 1 night, not for an adult or for a long stay.
