• Ms Tan (8/5): 体验感满分 - The room was clean and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient, within walking distance to the subway station. It is also located right in the Hongdae shopping area, so you can go shopping and find food immediately without needing to take the subway elsewhere. The host was very kind and thoughtful. Even though we arrived at midnight, he was willing to wait for us, concerned that we might have trouble entering the property or face any issues. This made us feel very reassured. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend it. 房间干净整洁，地理位置非常方便，步行即可到达地铁站，而且一出门就是弘大购物区，随时都可以逛街、吃东西，完全不需要再搭地铁去其他地方。房东非常贴心，我们凌晨12点才抵达，他仍然愿意等待我们，担心我们无法顺利进入住宿或遇到问题。这种细心和责任感让人感到非常安心，也大大加分。整体住宿体验非常舒适，值得推荐。

The Hotel Room: Comfortable & Well-Equipped Spacious & Clean: The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. We could easily open 3-4 large suitcases without feeling cramped. Comfortable Bed: The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of exploring. Good Amenities: The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the hot water was reliable and strong—especially appreciated during the cold winter. They also provide USB sockets in the room, which was very convenient for charging phones without needing many international adapters. Free Wi-Fi: The free WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. 2. The Host, Loki: Exceptionally Kind & Helpful (A Major Highlight!) The host, Loki, truly made our stay exceptional. He is incredibly kind, responsive, and goes above and beyond. Great Communication: He speaks excellent English and Chinese, so communication was zero problem. He even added me on WhatsApp for easy and quick messaging. Arrival & Help: He helped arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived around midnight and couldn't figure out the Korean remote for the heater, he immediately made a video call to guide us through it. It was a lifesaver! Local Recommendations: He gave us great recommendations for good and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. All his suggestions were spot on! Luggage Storage: He was extremely accommodating with luggage storage. He allowed us to store our bags when we took a mid-trip visit to Busan, and again after checkout on our last day until 4 PM. This flexibility was incredibly helpful. 3. Location: Absolutely Perfect The location is this hotel's other superpower. It could not be more convenient. Need to separate the rubbish which sometimes confusing.

• yun ling (10/5): 整體來說非常棒 - 房東會說中文，預定的時候就可以加line，到當地之後通知會給你入住密碼，如果還未到入住時間則可以自助寄放，房間很大，所有行李就可以打開，裡面的硬體設備也應有盡有（大桌子洗衣機廚房大冰箱吹風機），垃圾的部分需要聯絡房東來處理 ，大樓有規定不能置放垃圾在門口，地點也非常不錯 ，弘大二號出口有手扶梯並且過一個小馬路就到了 浴室雖然有乾濕分離，但是如果有一個浴簾可以更不會把水濺出去

• PATRICK HO TUEN (9/5): 性價比極高的民宿。 - 地點十分方便，附近又十分熱鬧，下次去首爾也會住這民宿。 如果可以彈性處理延遲退房便完美。

The host is very helpful and will answer to any of your enquiries. Highly recommended to all large group travelers.

Clear instructions from owner, check in and out very smoothly and we have room to store luggages before check in. Even though the room is located along the main road, but not really can hear the noise from outside. Recommend this room! Nothing.
• Adel (9/5): Great location, clean room, great value for money - The location is perfect! It is right in the middle of Hongdae and just across the street from the bus station. Exit 2 of hongik univ station is just 100 meters away. The room is very clean and complete with a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, hair dryer and 2 extension cords where we could charge our phones and gadgets. Toiletries, towels, slippers, cups, plates, cutleries and kitchenware were also provided. The shower has good hot water and good water pressure. The owner responds quickly to our questions and requests and is very accommodating. For the price we paid, it is a very good deal and we'll definitely stay here again if we go back. Maybe because we opened the window, there were several mosquitoes inside the room. All of us got mosquito bites while we were there. I would recommend bringing an insect repellant or use mosquito patches.
• Martha (9/5): Superb - The location, beds and host were great. All cleaning supplies and shower supplies provided. The unit was clean. The host was quick to respond. For 10 of the 13 night stay, my 2 young teens were alone bc I was in the hospital for unexpected emergency care. My kids were safe and had all they needed. The location was easy to get anywhere via subway or bus, which my kids quickly and easily figured out how to use. (We do not have a transit system at all where we are from so this was new for them.) Between visits to the hospital, they explored much of Seoul with no issues. Blackout curtains would have been appreciated for both sound and light buffering while sleeping. The bathroom has a bit of a mold issue that regrouting would fix. None of this would have kept us from renting but it would have added stars for comfort of stay.
• Gidean (10/5): Spacious, good location and good amenities. - Good location, near 2 big metro lines. Spacious, all luggages open on the floor and still space to walk. Kitchen & Laundry included on the flat. It's no ones fault, but the location being on a main avenue can be a bit noisy, but it's also good being near a main avenue. The shower dont have a curtain so it's easy to wet the entire bathroom by accident.

Spacious room with washing machine makes a great choice for family travel. Highspeed wifi, connect with ease. Kitchen available so if you want to bring food from convenient store/supermarket, it’s not a problem as well. The fridge is not working well during our stay.

• Cheryl (10/5): Excellent location! - We have booked 2 rooms for 8 people. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people per room. There is a small kitchenette with a washing machine. The whole entire room is clean and tidy. The location is very convenient. The train station is just 100m from the accommodation. Kim (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. He responded to the text message within 5 minutes. He knows English and Mandarin. Check-in is a very simple process. Only provide face towels. But Kim is happy to replace towels whenever required. The pillow is too soft.

• Evon (9/5): Superb - very near to metro station and hongdae shopping street, very convenient to find food and shop, owner was nice and helpful to contact driver for airport shuttle service. we stay for few days and accumulate some waste. need to stay with the wastes for few days unless you throw the food wastage to outside area dustbin. Luckily the whether is cold so no odour and bug.

The place only provided hand towels, no bath towel. This place is way overpriced, not worth $145 per night.
