• Santiago (9/5): Justo como en las fotos - Muy limpio justo como en las fotos, Ivan un crack nos explico todo y estuvo atento a todo, si buscas alojarte cerca de Roma a un precio que no sea una completa locura es tu opción, para llegar a termini ha que tomar un bus y un tren, y podes tardar una hora en llegar, lo mismo a la vuelta
• Marina (7/5): В целом хорошо, но обратите внимание на одеяла - Хозяин очень отзывчивый и приятный. Нашли быстро (если следовать инструкциям и фото). Название соответствует - это была комната в достаточно винтажно обставленной квартире. В ванной и комнате было очень чисто. Нам нужно было переночевать одну ночь и эти был подходящий вариант. Завтрак - кофе и круассан в кафе рядом. Достаточно, чтобы быстро подкрепиться и уехать) Поздно вечером, когда мы уже собрались спать и убрали покрывало с кровати - оказалось, что там нет ни одеял, ни, что очень важно, пододеяльников или хотя бы дополнительной простыни. Просто простынь на матрасе и две подушки. Рядом с кроватью лежали два пледа, которые нам показал хозяин в начале (и я была уверена, что это не основные, а дополнительные - если будет холодно). Оказалось, пришлось спать под пледами, они не выглядели чистыми, на них были чужие волосы… это было очень негигиенично и испортило впечатление.

• Donato (10/5): Top di gamma per il prezzo pagato. - Accoglienza, disponibilità , pulizia ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nulla. Solo un paio di accorgimenti .. sarebbero tornati utili una sedia per poggiarci del vestiario, e una presa vicina al letto.

• Giordano Ciraulo (7/5): Accoglienza e disponibilità - Ivan è una persona molto disponibile e gentile. La camera era pulita e riscaldata. Parcheggio di fronte al palazzo. Colazione nei bar vicini. Ottimo Rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Nico1994 (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno zona Ciampino - Il posto era come mi aspettavo, una stanza doppia all'interno di un appartamento. Tutto molto pulito, l'host è stato decisamente ospitale e si è mostrato molto disponibile. Colazione al bar molto apprezzata. Nulla.

• Artur (7/5): Na jedną noc - Bardzo miły właściciel , czysto , w łazience kosmetyki suszarka d włosów blisko kilka restauracji barów i sklep. W lecie gdy temp przekracza w dzień 34 stopnie to bez klimatyzacji ciężko wytrzymać w nocy a otwarcie drzwi balkonowych to ogromny hałas z bardzo ruchliwej Via Appia , telewizor po włączeniu np YouTube lub Netflix działał tylko głos bez obrazu

• Abejo (10/5): the host is very kind, approachable and accommodating - for a three night and two day stay, the place is very nice, clean and quiet. especially the host sir ivan, very kind host when you message him he replies immediately. so recommended 101% to everyone who wants to stay with them.

Eventhough we don't speak italian, we found a way to understand each other and he helped us to organise our transfer to the airport. It was difficult for us to find the apartment, because there were no signs, so we had to call the host.
