Master bedroom bed topper was missing made the bed feel hard. But other beds very comfy. Bit short of redwine glasses

• Lee McG (6/5): Nice place - Good selection of books and games. Lots of space and good facilities. Home was very cold at first and took overnight to heat up. It would have been nice to have had this on before we arrived. Some basics lacking in the kitchen. Both can openers did not work. Traffic noise from Edward Street starts at 6am on weekdays and is loud.

Our hosts were amazing - they very thoughtfully had the heating turned on for us before arrival. The rooms and amenities were great - very well appointed as a home away from home for a few nights stay. Beds were comfy, everything we needed for our cooking etc all provided. Easy access and parking. Communication was top notch. We'll definitely be staying again on our future trips to Orange - thank you! My husband noted that this was probably one of the best places he has stayed in for our sporting trips away! There was honestly nothing to fault. If we have to be picky (and this is clutching at straws)... the only thing we couldn't find was a large enough microwave suitable bowl to cook our packet mix pasta in - first world problems eh!!

• Neels (9/5): Little gem in Orange - What a little gem in Orange. Facilities are excellent and perfect for a worry free breakaway. There was a bit of road noise during the night, but it was really not a big issue.

• Anne (10/5): Beautiful home - The house is a large, comfortable and extremely clean. It is a little out of town but with a car no issue. There is a lock up garage at the property. The ensuite shower is very small but the family bathroom is very large. I would recommend this property for a family or group of friends. It was very good value for money. The response time from the owner was quick.
• Chris (10/5): Well presented 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, with all the mod cons. Enjoyable stay, will seek out again should we return - Modern facilities, spacious, spotlessly clean, 2 bathrooms. Basic item, tea, coffee, Coffs pods salt pepper etc, provided. It would appear that the red rubbish bin had not been put out for collection the week prior and as a result was well and truly on the nose requiring the bin to be moved from near the house towards the roadside, a minor inconvenience and an over-site by the cleaning personnel.

Good sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds too. Lounge was a good size with extra TV in main bedroom. Garage was good to have and made unpacking the car so easy as we can park next to the side entrance. Excellent central heating. Lovely sunny position. Would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely home away from home. Nothing to dislike!

• Tracey (9/5): A pleasure to stay at Caroline - Great location, spotlessly clean, hosts had thought of everything and kitchen was so well resourced! Aircon was quick and effective in living areas, less so in bedroom but plenty of warm blankets and kept us warm over a really freezing couple of days in Orange. Secure parking for car, next time we'd be happy to bring friends with us - there's plenty of space in the home. Lovely bottle of wine on the bench was much appreciated too. A little tricky negotiating gates and locks in the dark on arrival; I think the freezing weather made them a bit stickier than they should have been! But entry instructions were clear.
