• olixa (9/5): Wspaniałe lokum w świetnej lokalizacji – na żywo tak pięknie jak na zdjęciach - Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i w pełni zgodne z opisem oraz zdjęciami zamieszczonymi w ofercie. Miałam pewne obawy co do wspólnej łazienki, jednak na miejscu okazało się, że wszystko jest utrzymane w nienagannej czystości i bardzo komfortowe. Zdecydowanie polecam! Słaba akustyka: Ściany są niestety bardzo cienkie. W przypadku trafienia na głośnych sąsiadów zatyczki do uszu stają się rzeczą niezbędną – warto o tym pomyśleć przed przyjazdem.

• luislorinho91 (3/5): Anfitrião muito decepcionante - A localização era excelente, a casa estava bem equipada (máquina de lavar roupa, forno, microondas, ferro, TV) Falta de limpeza na casa, estrados das camas partidos, internet sempre a falhar, água quente dos banhos sempre a falhar, água quente do lava louça não funcionava, janelas fechavam todas mal, pega da porta principal danificada, no anúncio diz que fornece toalhas e na altura do check in conta uma taxa de 10€ por cada toalha e pior que isso tudo foi o anfitrião da casa na altura do check in tardio que nos cobrou mais 80€ e queria cobrar ainda mais 50€ por o nosso avião ter atrasado 1h e ameaçou nos várias vezes por conversa WhatsApp que não esperava e que só fazia o check in no dia seguinte, com esta pressão toda vimo nos obrigados a pagar 140€ de um táxi para não dormir na rua, muito decepcionante....

• Marika (1/5): una merda non ci ritorneremo mai più! - unica cosa positiva della casa è che è carina e la posizione è buona perche vicino ha la metro eravamo in 8 persone e tutte ci siamo trovate male, organizzazione degli host inaccettabile abbiamo chiesto se era possibile fare il check-in alle 10.00 dato che arrivavamo tutti in orari diversi e ci hanno detto che andava bene, quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiamato dicendo che il check-in lo potevamo fare della 15.00 perché la casa era ancora da pulire, siamo rimasti fuori casa stanchi del viaggio con le valige per quasi 5 ore ad aspettare che qualcuno andasse alla casa a pulire perché non arrivava nessuno!! la spiegazione che hanno dato dopo l’avvenimento è stata che loro intendevano che il check-in era solo che davano le chiavi ma non si poteva entrare in casa ( anche se le chiavi comunque ce le hanno date quando siamo entrati alla fine) io non so in che parte del mondo il check in significa questo perché da noi il check-in è da quando è l’orario si può entrare e basta. la casa nonostante è stata “pulita” era comunque sporca con polvere e anche le posate. abbiamo ritrovato in cucina un sacco di insetti e allego le foto sotto. avevamo chiesto anche per il checkout se era possibile farlo un po’ più tardi ma il giorno che dovevamo andare via ci chiamano dicendo che ce ne dovevamo andare via subito, parlando al telefono mi hanno detto che dovevamo andare via perché c’erano altre persone dopo di noi quando invece ci avevano detto che potevamo rimanere di più. se sapevano che dovevamo andare via ad un certo orario ci dovevano almeno avvisare perché ci siamo ritrovati a far di fretta con persone che erano appena entrate in doccia, anche qui la scusa che hanno utilizzato è stata che essendo che lavorano su booking non sanno le prenotazioni e quindi quando avevo chiesto andava bene che uscivamo più tardi, ma è impossibile questa cosa perché non lo sai 1 ora prima quando hai le persone perché appunto dovresti far trovare la casa pulita e accogliente!!!

• Pierre (1/5): Uselt och ohygieniskt. Skrämmande med kryp. - Två toaletter, nära Metro Renlighet, smutsigt kök, flugor, insekter och flyg runt om i lägenheten, främst i köket. Ingen mikro utan att tydligt uppmärksamma det. Väldigt smutsig ugn som fick oss att ej laga mat hemma och istället äta ute dagligen. Larv på disksvampar. Endast 1 st toa papper i vardera toalett för 7 personer. Kall i lägenheten trots att det va varmt ute. Man tycker att det ska framkomma så att man kan ta med sig varmare kläder. Fläck på överkast i ena sovrums säng. Smutsig kyl. Det var det jag kom på än så länge. Har bilder och video på allt jag nämnt ovan men kan bara ladda upp 4 bilder här. Som jag hade förstått det så skulle total summa vara på 880 eu, jag betalde 700 eu vid bokningen online. Räknade med att betala 180 eu kontant vid entré men fick betala 250 eu ska det stämma? Mitt sällskap fick insekts bett som på bilden. Smutsiga tallrikar, bestick och glas. Var nöjd med boendet som jag bokade via er i Kroatien men inte hos er i Rome. Känner mig inte tryck längre att boka boende via booking efter denna upplevelsen

• Mzia (1/5): - Nothing Keep in mind that this host will ask you to pay more to check in. It can be 20-60€ or more. There is no towels if you do not pay 30€. The soap was empty and bed sheets were not enough.
• Donato (1/5): Terribile, non publico foto per vergogna!!!!! - L’unico punto a favore si è rivelata la posizione (in base alle ns esigenze) Terribilmente sporca, ciuffi di lanaccia dappertutto, polvere ovunque (abbastanza da poterci scrivere), briciole sul divano, abbiamo trovato posate sporche (all’interno del cassetto delle posate pulite), le spugnette per la pulizia erano oramai color nerofumo, le lenzuola e federe non erano state cambiate dal soggiorno precedente, tra l’altro ad un certo punto riceviamo una visita di un agente immobiliare che ci ha chiesto se, nonostante la nostra presenza, fosse stato possibile far visionare la casa a dei potenziali acquirenti….pazzesco!!!!! Di tutto questo è stato avvisato il proprietario e preteso che venisse a visionare lui stesso le pessime condizioni della struttura… Arrivato e preso visione del tutto, abbiamo solo ottenuto qualche lenzuolo e un “parlerò con la donna delle pulizie”…. Speravamo che parlasse con la donna delle pulizie con il fine di venire a pulire e rimediare all’indecente stato della struttura e invece niente….sparito!!!! Onestamente preferisco non andare oltre… Da evitare!!!!

• Andrea (9/5): - Ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali zone turistiche con poche fermate di metro. L'appartamento è in una zona ben rifornita tra bar, pizzerie e ristoranti per cui non ci sono problemi la sera se si vuole rimanere in zona. Difficoltà nel raggiungere il 4 piano con ascensore se si ha un passeggino date le dimensioni ridotte dell'ascensore. Una nota di miglioramento: si potrebbero aggiungere dei lumini vicino ai letti

• Masiel (9/5): Good stay. - Had a wonderful stay, it was close to main attractions, clean and spacious. Free parking was on the public street, we had to pay for a parking garage since everywhere on the street was taken. We were not aware that we had to pay cash for the taxes and if we wanted toiletries until the night before. It was not expensive but we would have liked to know a head of time when we booked.

• YUSEN (8/5): 其實地點跟設備都算是很好，尤其是人多的家庭住起來算是舒適。但是沒有相關足夠的備品，房東也不打算處理的態度讓人感受不太好。 - 地點很方便，從機場出來搭巴士一站就到。附近有公車與地鐵可以到各個重要的景點。 浴室有兩間，其中一間的水壓很小，沒有洗髮精、沐浴精，沒有足夠的衛生紙，聯繫房東也無回應。入住前房東非常熱情，回覆訊息很即時，一但交鑰匙後就沒有提供服務了。

• Singh (1/5): Do not rent this place - Location is good The place was dirty, it had stains, dirt and hairs on the beds and a clogged shower. It was unhygienic and we let booking.com and the property manager that we want to leave as we cannot sleep there, after initially agreeing (we sent them pictures as proof) they then changed tone refusing to refund us saying we were lying even though we sent them pictures as proof. shame on the property owner and booking.com. Moreover, they stopped picking up our calls and refused to give as proof of the paid city tax. we ended up renting another unit using airbnb and they were 100 times better. I attached some pictures in the description.
• Martyna (6/5): Only good aspect was the location. - The location is great, it wasn’t very difficult to find a parking spot. This was the worst accomodation we stayed in Italy out of 6 we visited. It's only to make the most money for the owner. Towels? 10 euro per person! Registration at the police and tourist tax? Takes money for 5 people but documents to register for 2! If the accomodation was good at least, but it's dirty and made so cheaply. Bedsheets, floors, even plates very dirty. The temperature in the house is unlivable. We could not sleep because there is no airconditioning and above 30° in the house at night. Also so many things broken. The flat is on the 4th floor and at arrival we were informed the lift is not broken but it sometimes gets stuck between the floors so we shouldn't use it. Dishwasher? Broken. Shower? Only in cold water. Ventilator in the bedroom very old, dusty and broken. Wholeheartedly, would not recommend.
• Nuha (9/5): Amazing! - Its location and that all facilities were close to it The property was very nice however when we asked for a second fan because of the heat we were provided with a fan however it was not good condition
• Alister (2/5): Very poor - The location was convenient for sightseeing in and around the Vatican. Firstly, the provision of basic necessities was inadequate. Despite being a family of seven staying for five days, we were only supplied with two rolls of toilet paper. When I requested additional toilet paper, I was told to purchase it myself from the supermarket. The supplied shower gel was also not sufficient. This lack of consideration was both frustrating and unprofessional. Moreover, whilst the towels and sheets were clean, other aspects of the accommodation's cleanliness were lacking. The coffee machine and kettle were filthy, and the dishwasher was out of order. The limescale on the shower head was so bad that the water flow was affected and the mould in the shower grout was disgusting. These issues obviously detracted from our comfort and convenience during the stay. The beds were another major issue. They were extremely uncomfortable, with one bed in the smaller room being particularly problematic. It was not level, causing us to roll to one side, which made it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep on. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, the quality of the accommodation was more akin to a hostel rather than a hotel, which was disappointing given the cost. On top of this, the host's communication was rude and abrupt. He charged us an excessive 50€ fee to check-in outside of the 2 hour check-in window and when he arrived to let the first of us in, he did so without actually bringing the key so we had to wait even longer. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation for those expecting a clean and comfortable stay.
• Piotr (6/5): Nice flat and friendly host, but it requires some time and money investment to bring it up to decent standards. - - Location was ok, close to metro station Cornelia. - Host was very friendly and helpful - Flat was spacious - When we informed host about problems with small shower, he came around next day and apologised for inconvenience and was friendly and compassionate - Dust on the floor, in corners, under beds, on shelves and plants - Sofa in living room is filthy, blue colour changed to shiny black in some spots, due to built up dirt - Cockroach was found crawling in one of bedrooms - Floors are dirty and feet are sticking to the floor when walking - Drain in one of bathrooms was clogged. Neighbors from downstairs knocked the door one day, we came downstairs and they showed us that water from this flat is flooding theirs. - Dishwasher doesn't work - Dish washing liquid was low and finished after 2 days. - Coffee machine isn't here. And no coffee! Staying in flat in Italy and no coffee and coffee machine. That's a disgrace. - Gas water heater is rumbling and shaking while someone takes a shower - Windows and balcony doors are not closing. Some of the windows are closed on cello tape! - Mattresses and bed sheets are stained and dirty. - Sound insulation is very poor and could hear neighbors upstairs watching movie and kids playing when we were trying to get asleep.
• Paraschiv (9/5): I would recommend it for large families or groups. - Beautiful large apartment, well located and with a nice owner. Due to the fact that it is in a historical area, the windows are the original ones and do not always close properly. But since the weather was fine, this was not an inconvenient.
• Ramonilo (9/5): Good time with friends 🌞 - Spacious apartment, very well structured, well equipped kitchen, it is located close to the Vatican, close to the metro station, very good WI-FI. I recommend. Since it is a large apartment and groups of friends or larger families stay there, it is impossible to be completely quiet. Our attention was drawn to the fact that there is noise. Unfortunately, this can be an inconvenience for those staying there. You can't walk on top and mime words. There would be something related to the bathrooms, but I think that can be solved with the help of the owner. The faucets at the showers and sinks should be changed or fixed better, because a lot of water flows by.
• Kateryna (9/5): I recommend this property to others. - Everything was great. Very convenient location. The subway is located very close. There are restaurants and grocery stores. From Fiumicino airport, you can take the Sit bus shuttle. Photos of the apartments correspond to reality. It was clean and tidy. Some dishes were a little missing. But it is not critical.
• Nicholas (8/5): Very good - 5mins walk from a metro stop. Lots of bedding configurations and helpful host. 2 bathrooms was welcome Musty smell in one of the bedrooms. There were 4 fans for cooling but we could only use 2 as the remaining 2 made really loud noises that you could not put up with (think they are faulty)

• Hung (10/5): Exceptional - The house was exactly as the photo, room was clean and big. Can fit for big group. There are full equipment from kitchen to households. The staff was friendly even we checkin a little bit late
