• Nacer (4/5): A disappointing stay due to unresolved issues and poor follow-up. - The setting was very relaxing, and it was quiet with no disturbances. The apartment was comfortable overall, despite the issues we faced. We encountered two major problems: first, the electric curtain in the master bedroom wouldn’t lower, causing us to lose sleep for three nights until it was finally fixed. Second, the jacuzzi, which was promised as part of the apartment’s amenities, never worked, even after we reported it on the first day. We also had some minor issues with the living room curtain and chairs, but those were less significant. We requested compensation, but despite multiple follow-ups and even visiting their office, we still haven’t received any response or compensation. (The promised compensation was supposed to come a week after our departure, and now it’s mid-October, well past the promised timeframe, and we still have no news.)
• Csaba (8/5): Good and silent location, good value for money, but you definitely need a car because it’s a bit far from the beaches by - The property is located in a silent zone and the pool was a really good feature and not crowded. Car parking was very good also. The property is very spacious. The jacuzzi wasn’t tested ahead so when we wanted to use it , it wasn’t possible. We mentioned it to the property manager, but after 10 days of just writing to each other they still didn’t manage to repair it.
