• Marlena (10/5): - Absolutnie wszystko było ok, czysto, ładne wnętrze, dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, nawet zastawa na stole była pięknie przygotowana. Śniadanie w cenie, je się w restauracji na przeciwko, na hasło że mieszka się w apartamencie. Parking podziemny. Mieszkanie nad Carfour, na dole też jest piekarnia z świeżym pieczywem i słodkimi ciastkami. Był to najlepszy apartament w jakim spaliśmy w Maroku. Nic.
• M.S. (10/5): Eerlijk - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de netheid van het appartement. De rustige omgeving en nette buurt. De goed georganiseerde ontbijt. Stroom viel soms weg, maar was makkelijk in het appartement zelf te verhelpen.
• Emanuel (9/5): - Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Herzlicher Empfang. Es wurde ein paar Mal nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir was brauchen. Carrefour ist direkt nebenan. Bis in die Stadt rein ist es doch etwas weit.

• Marta (10/5): - Mieszkanie było przestrzenne i bardzo czyste, wszystko idealne przygotowane dla gości. Parking podziemny był dla nas ogromnym atutem, gdyż podróżowaliśmy autem. Okolica blisko Uniwersytetu, nieco inna niż wskazuje booking, do ścisłego centrum dość daleko, ale dla nas nie było to problemem. Bardzo dobre śniadanie które doniósł nam gospodarz, przy krótkim pobycie ogromny plus.

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec un climatiseur réversible (idéal en saison fraiche). Situé dans un immeuble calme. La terrasse est un atout. Le supermarché et la boulangerie sont juste en bas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique.

• Mateusz (9/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Kameralny obiekt, nieco oddalony od centrum, ale przez to można w okolicy np. tanio zjeść, czy zrobić zakupy. Przemiły personel (zarówno właściciel jak i ochroniarz, który pomaga w kryzysowych sytuacjach). Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem przez WhatsApp. Łatwe zameldowanie i wejście na kod do drzwi. Zachowana czystość i wspaniałe marokańskie śniadanie jest dodatkowym atutem. W apartamencie jest łatwo przeciążyć elektryczność, wystarczy podłączony bojler, suszarka do włosów i jedna klimatyzacja, a bezpieczniki zostają wybite i trzeba je ręcznie włączać. Na szczęście dostęp do nich jest ułatwiony (na korytarzu). Nie korzystaliśmy z pralki, myślę, że to mogłoby spowodować dodatkowy problem.

• Janeta (10/5): El mejor piso en que hemos estado en Marrakech - El piso y el anfitrión merecen un 10. Es nuevo, moderno, limpísimo, comodísimo, con muchos detalles que se agradecen. Hay ascensor y garaje, está en un buen barrio. Los taxis son baratos y es fácil ir a la Medina y después descansar lejos del bullicio. El desayuno es muy completo y delicioso. El contacto con Fouad es fácil y siempre es dispuesto ayudar en todo. Muchas gracias! Volveremos. De no poder poner un 11 en vez de un 10.

• Nicole (1/5): Poor communication and not as described - Spacious We spent 30 minutes trying to get accurate directions and an address for a taxi, but the host was unresponsive. There was a leak to the floor from the air conditioning. No Mountain view as indicated — construction view. The house had a stale odor, like a wet mop. There was no front desk with a reception, and the building itself was dirty with dim to no lighting in the hallways. We didn’t stay one night there and had to leave, rebooking somewhere else.

The host is vey helpful and accommodated our requests for another quilt and breakfast at ealier time than normal. The breakfast was great and was the best we had during out trip in Morocco. Underground parking lot is free and safe. The location of apartment is good as well,within walking distance to the famous Jardin Majorelle and the Medina.

The host, Fouade, was exceptional and so very welcoming. He was able to help us with early check in and late check out, as well as helping us find our way around the city. He arranged the breakfast at whatever time we asked and it was a delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast. He helped us find a printing shop to print out our boarding passes. There are shops near by to get any groceries or things needed as well as restaurants. Overall, a very welcoming, kind host and a modern, well equipped apartment. I would highly recommend booking if staying in Marrakech. The only thing is that the AC in one of the rooms was leaking throughout the night, and the toilet wash basin was a bit small, but nothing that can't be fixed.
• Agne (1/5): The experience is disappointing! - 20 minutes by foot to Majorelle gardens. - There was no full address displayed in the property details, so couldn’t find it. - After trying to reach out to the property owner he was not responsive - The bed linen was pure synthetics, moreover, the duvet had no cover! - There were five people, and one had to sleep on the sofa which is not meant for sleeping. - The breakfast was included and agreed the serving time was 8:30h as we had to leave for the airport at 9 am, but the owner showed up at 8:55h - so no breakfast! - we agreed with the owner to take us to the airport, but as the breakfast was not on time, the cars as well haven’t show up 😩 The whole The experience is disappointing.
