• Serge Raphael (10/5): Es war perfekt. - Die Nähe zur U-Bahn. Das nette, lokale Viertel. Der freundliche und immer erreichbare Vermieter. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung.
• Evgeniia (8/5): - Roland is a very good host, responsive and fun, even if we don’t speak the same language. There is AC, all facilities are there, all fine. There is a second tenant in the next flat who likes to smoke indoors and all of it goes inside the Rolands apartment. The first night the smell was just wild. Then I asked to owner to speak to the guy and he didn’t smoke inside any more. But it s a shame if this trick has to be done by every new guest 😄

• Danijel (10/5): - Very quiet part of the city. Metro 200/250m away. Well equipped apartment and comfortable mattress. I like that the apartment is on the sunny side. The owner is very nice and it's a quick deal with him One well-intentioned suggestion to the owner. Stress about opening and closing the apartment. The key in the lock does not work very well, it needs to be changed urgently. The pillows have a high back and are very uncomfortable

• EIRINOULA (10/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός.Το διαμέρισμα είχε τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή.Πολυ κοντά η συγκοινωνία για το κέντρο με το Μ1. Όλα ήταν μια χαρά
• Nick Waters (10/5): Athens is a really nice and walkable city - The apartment is right next to the metro station a few stops from the main tourist sites. There is a full kitchen including an oven and grill. There are several supermarkets and a lot of shops all within a short walk.

• David (9/5): - Super poměr cena výkon, pohodlná postel, moderní klimatizace a i celkem fajn poklidná lokalita Jedině snad že pan majitel nemá úplně nejlepší angličtinu a první telefonát s ním byl trochu zmatek, ale potom jsme komunikovali skrz zprávy a na vše bez problému odpověděl a byl vždy nápomocný.
• Elisa (8/5): I had a great stay here abd recommend if in Athens for a few days! - The room was spacious and had blackout blinds and an aircon which made it really comfortable. The kitchen had good cooking facilities and there was a washing machine which was great, and a big balcony which was nice in the sun. The bedding linen/pillows weren't the most comfortable but there were a few extra blankets in cupboard. The shower doesn't have a curtain or door so the bathroom can get a bit wet. There isn't much in the neighbourhood however it's very close to the metro station and only about 15 mins from city centre so pretty well located.

• Marek__M (10/5): chętnie zatrzymam się tu ponownie - - duży pokój z kompletnym wyposażeniem (pościel w cenie) i przedpokojem, - oddzielna kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem (stół, talerze, sztućce, garnki, patelnie, płyny do mycia, lodówka, kuchenka...), - duża i czysta łazienka (ręczniki - w cenie) - ogólnie czysto, - lampki nocne są (często oferty ich nie mają), i kilka wariantów oświetlenia głównego w pokoju, - bardzo dobre WiFi, - duże i wygodne łóżko, - bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, bardzo dobry i bieżący kontakt z właścicielem, - rolety + zasłonki w oknach (nie jest jasno w pokoju od 4-5 rano), - spokój i cisza w samym domu (żadnych hałasów domowników z sąsiednich pokojów/pięter), dzięki czemu można naprawdę się wyciszyć i odpocząć, - bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy od właścicielki, i oddanie ich (klucze z chipem), - właściciel załatwił mi bezpłatnie coś o co prosiłem na czas wyjazdu :) dziekuję - blisko sklepy osiedlowe i stacja metra, - prawie bezpośredni i bezproblemowy dojazd/powrót z lotniska autobusem linii X nie ma to wpływu na moja ocenę: -TV na którym tylko odbiera youtube, nie ma zwykłych kanałów telewizyjnych ani TV internetowej - dobrze jest wieczorem usiąść w fotelu i odpocząć oglądając zwykłą TV...
• Hannah (9/5): Really good stay for working in Athens. - Convenient spot near the subway. Clean, plenty of fresh bedding and towels for my month long stay. Rolando was very kind and helped me with some document I needed. Internet speed was brilliant for video calls. Some of the pots and pans were scratched and worn out. A slightly comfier chair would have been nice for outdoors eg deck chair. Overall very little to complain about!
• Vanessa (10/5): - The aparment is Big, bright and clean. The kitchen is with full equipment that you might need. The host is friendly and respond quickly if you need something. Nothing. To go to the downtown is around 20 minutes by metro so is aceptable.

• Dani8902 (10/5): Would happily book again - Really enjoyed our stay here. The flat had everything we needed, including all the kitchen utensils, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Great location too, close to the metro (6 mins walk) and supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. In less than 20 mins you are in Central Athens. Getting to the apartment from the airport was really easy; we took the X93 bus, and it dropped us about a 10-minute walk from the place. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! Comfort bed, super comfort pillows, plenty of towels and washing machine are available The host handed us the keys in person, so it’s important to stay in touch with him around arrival time. He also gave clear instructions on where to leave the keys at check-out, which was appreciated. Overall, a very smooth and comfortable stay. Would happily book again! The only small downside was that the bedroom and bathroom doors were quite squeaky; they just need a bit of oil.

The apartment's location is good, three metro stops from the center of Athens or about 50 min walk, which is not that bad as it allows you to discover the city. The apartment has everything you need. To mention something, there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and the toilet could have been cleaner.

• Sofia (9/5): Superb - I had an amazing stay at this studio in Athens! The place was more than comfortable, equipped with every home appliance you could possibly need, including a washing machine, stove, oven, air fryer, and toast maker. The studio itself is cozy and extremely comfortable. Ronald, the landlord, is an exceptional host—always willing to help and incredibly generous. He truly went above and beyond, showering me with gifts and making my stay feel special. The neighborhood is fantastic—friendly and safe, even at night. Every Thursday, there's a local street market where you can get fresh food, and there are plenty of supermarkets, grocery stores, and cafes within walking distance. Public transportation is also readily available, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this studio for anyone visiting Athens. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere!
• Kalavrezos (9/5): very good, I might choose the same in future regarding what you get for the price, thanks Roland - I like that both check-in and check-out procedures were smooth (even though the keys were handed over in person and not via a keylocker, Roland shown great flexibility). The apartment was recently being renovated, clean and everything was working as expected (AC, lights, taps, shower, etc.). The location is very close to the Agios Nikolaos metro station (green line), it takes maximum 5 mins to get there by walking. There are also few mini-markets around, and also on specific days there is a vegetable/fruit market expanding on the entire neighboring street. The building's interior where the apartment is located (at second floor) is not in it's best shape, but this is obviously not Roland's fault, and it can be ignored. Although Roland does speak little English, we could easily understand each other as I know Greek, but this might be a problem for other non-Greek speakers (it is not something which I personally dislike, but I needed to mention it as well in this section, to have an accurate review).
