• Lilliokulani (10/5): Angenehmes Apartment in einem schönen Viertel - Das Apartment hat ein angenehmes Ambiente und die Lage ist perfekt - man kann am Wasser spazieren, ist aber mit der Straßenbahn schnell in Köpenick, wo es Kultur und Shopping gibt. Lidl ist nicht weit und für einen Snack gibt es einen Bäcker, Pizza- und Dönerladen gleich neben dem Haus. Abends ist es ruhig im Viertel. Es ist schwierig, immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Manchmal mussten wir weiter weg parken (hinter dem Bundeswehrgelände) und zum Apartment ca. 10 min. laufen. Ist eben Berlin, das muss man in Kauf nehmen.

• Klaus (8/5): Calm place near the river. Love green? Go! - Perfect hideout in an underrated and very beautiful corner of Berlin. Must be gorgeous in Summer, so close to the water. Very clean and easy to find apartment, super nice staff on the phone. Plan for some time to get to the center but connections are good and tram stops right in front of the premises. Not to blame on the property or the owners (rather on careless previous renters and the builders): some of the plugs in the kitchen have come loose and merit fixing.

• Anitha (8/5): Comfortable stay. Very responsive and nice host. - It’s a nice apartment and the host was very responsive and even allowed an early checkin. Everything was very comfortable for our stay. A bit pricey for this location. For providing a nice apartment and the price they charged I wish they would provide a few additional things : - soap and shampoo in the bathroom was not provided. I’m glad I had brought some. Had a washing machine but no washing liquid. Had a nice kitchen and utensils but no basic oil and salt / pepper. Those were the only items of feedback. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

• Liljekonvalje (8/5): Gut zu erreichende und gemütliche Wohnung an der Hauptstraße mit schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten. - Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation findet ausschließlich per Mail statt, funktioniert aber jederzeit unkompliziert und mit kurzer Antwortzeit. Das Schlüsselkästchen ist nicht direkt am Hauseingang, aber gut zu finden. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die FeWo sehr gut erreichbar, Haltestellen der Tram sind ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig gegeben. Im Kiez lässt es sich gut spazieren, zum Wasser ist es nicht weit. Die FeWo liegt in Parterre, die Fenster sind zur Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet und zur Seitenstraße. Die Hauptstraße ist meistens sehr frequentiert, zudem fährt dort die Straßenbahn, entsprechend ist der Geräuschpegel recht hoch bei geöffnetem Fenster. Schließt man diese, ist es i.O.. Die Informationen zum WLAN waren nicht aktuell, hier könnte eine Aktualisierung der Unterlagen statt finden. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich jederzeit schwierig, das muss man einkalkulieren, da es nur wenige öffentliche Parkplätze im Wohngebiet gibt und die Tiefgarage den Mietern / Eigentümern vorbehalten ist.

Located by the river within bigger estate, nice place for evening (or any time) walk, there is also forest nearby. Grocery shop, pizzeria and pharmacy is very close. Street noise (trams)

• Agnija (10/5): Beautifully designed apartment in quiet district of Kopenick with good transport options. - The apartment is located about 40 min outside the centre of Berlin, however, Kopenick distric is very quiet, green, actually perfect place for living. Beautifully designed apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, nice lighting, kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Tram stop at the door and Aldi shop around the corner. If you dont want to cook, there 2 pizzerias next door and nice spot for your morning coffee and pastries. I was happy that we chose this apartment! The only thing that needs to be changed are pillows.

• Anna (8/5): Spotless suburban self catering - The apartment development is architecturally beautiful and well located for the tram. A choice of great ‘spielplatz’ if you have kids and multiple cafes doing good coffee. You can walk to Grunau S Bahn too if you fancy a nice stroll. Loved that there’s a coffee pod machine. Super comfy mattress and well equipped kitchen for cooking. Could do with a clip for shower head so you can have hands free shower. Normal sized pillows would be good too.

• Maya (9/5): Pretty apartment ... - The apt is very clean n close to the tram stop. All the teams are very helpful when there is question. We thank you for providing us with the anti slip bath mate 🙂 We didnt like so much the bath room area since we are senior person the bath tube area there is nothing you can hold when you have to go in and out of the bath tube. The bath tube for us is very slippery and we ask for anti slip mate which the team quickly by one for us. Thanks again ....
