- Roelof (7/5): - Uitzicht vanuit het appartement is 10+. Loungeset op het kleine terras is comfortabel. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor trips in de omgeving. Ligt dicht bij (5 min auto) Baveno; een iets rustiger en gemoedelijker plaatsje dan het toeristische Stresa. De keuken is gedateerd, maar functioneel. Keukeninventaris is een allegaartje; 1 stopcontact op het aanrecht is wel erg onhandig. Het afwerkingsniveau laat hier en daar te wensen over. Zaken die we hadden kunnen weten: zoals nabijgelegen, drukke (lawaaiige) weg, steile helling om te parkeren en in de namiddag geen zon bij het appartement vielen in de praktijk toch wat tegen. Dit laatste kan in de zomer fijn zijn, maar is in de nazomer minder aangenaam. Gelukkig was er verwarming voor de avonden. Een broodjesservice zou wel handig geweest zijn. Ontbijt was niet bij te boeken ondanks dat dit vermeld stond bij de beschrijving.

- Alena (8/5): Toller Blick auf den See - Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aus ist der Wahnsinn! Wirklich toller Blick über den See. Alan war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Matratze sehr bequem. Von der Lage her erreicht man Baveno und Stresa sehr gut.

- Albert (9/5): - De eigenaar was een super fijne vent die vele goede vakantie tips gaf. Hij gaf ons een prettig thuisgevoel met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. De wat kleinere badkamer, woonkamer en slaapkamer waren prima.
- Stefan (10/5): Wunderschöne Auszeit - Das Zimmer sehr schön, die Terrasse gross, hervorragend ausgestattet, mit einen traumhaften Blick auf dem Lago Maggiore. Die Restaurant Empfehlungen von Alan, sowie die Tips für unsere Ausflüge goldwert. Die Dusche etwas klein und die Auffahrt zum Haus sehr steil.
- Alejandro (8/5): Vistas increíbles del lago Maggiore. - Las vistas son mejores que en las fotos de publicidad. El propietario cuida de todas las necesidades y trata de tener todo correcto. Estar en la terraza frente al lago es todo un espectáculo. La localización de la casa en esta zona tan húmeda de Italia y su orientación norte pueden ser responsables de cierto olor a humedad en el interior, comprensible por supuesto.

- Marcus (9/5): Schönes B&B mit herzlichem Gastgeber und wunderschöner Aussicht. - Ich habe mich in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber – man merkt sofort, dass man willkommen ist. Für mein Motorrad wurde mir ein sicherer und guter Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, was für mich ein großes Plus war. Die Lage ist ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr toll und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich komme gerne wieder! Ein Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsbereich, ist das was uns gefehlt hat. 😉

- Mihaela (9/5): Really great experience, we recommend it to other travelers. - Very nice location, really nice room and view to the lake, very welcoming host. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days, in general it was very clean. Breakfast was quite rich, sufficient options. Parking was included in the cost and easy to make use of it. We really liked the house, the room and the surroundings, as well as the host. Some recommendations especially because we were here during very, very hot days: 1) air conditioned is needed in the room; 2) the host should provide a way to get cold water at any time, even by paying for it. Right now, there is no access to any refrigerator and any water/liquids get warm really fast during the hot days.

- Frank (10/5): Very hostile and a stunning view - I was there with my parents and we had such a great time. The view was stunning. Alan was such a nice host who got so many recommendations what to do or where to eat at the Lago Maggiore despite which weather situation you are in. The variety of the breakfast was huge. The place is a bit outside of the "centre" of Baveno so I definitely recommend a rental car or otherwise you have a hard time reaching the place. Would definitely come back if I ever get back to Lago Maggiore. For me nothing to complain about. Maybe the driveway of the place is very steep and hard to master but otherwise I have no negative things to say.

We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely come back. The sight on the lake is a treat whatever time of the day!! Nothing to complain about per se. Maybe the coffee machine could get an upgrade at some point :-)
