• Fadumo (8/5): Great location and nice room - The location of the properties is really good right in the heart Brixton and I love the balcony as well, this was the second I booked this same room. There was this awful smell coming from the kitchen I guess people use the fridge and they just left some food in there or something, other than that everything was all right.

• Danielle (10/5): 5 start experience. Highly recommend anyone to book. - The property was amazing. The room is large with a private balcony. A mini fridge in the room and the TV was working. The property comes with two bathrooms so it feels like the room is more of a studio as there’s a bathroom directly next to it. The host was so kind and lovely. She made reasonable adjustments for me and I’ve stayed here over 5 times with no issues. The property was clean and there’s plenty of shops, bars , restaurants and a corner shop just a 1 min walk away. The house is quiet and feels like a home away from home. I’d reccomend anyone to book! Nothing! Everything was perfect for me.

• Brotherton (1/5): Bad - Not a thing place is a pure dump! I had to sleep in my tracksuit and on top of the duvet!!! Bed was full of pubes and crisps all sorts! Place stunk of urine and a bag of rubbish was left in the room. Diabolical how anyone could rent that out! I will not be using this again absolute robbery!

• Renae (10/5): It was relaxing - The size of the property the room and the location was a nice area and quite. The host was prompt and always available. The bed is not good at all a new mattress is needed also the pillows are extremely thin so it needs changing. Would also recommend new sheet they look clean but had probably an oil stain as they tend no to come out the easiest.

• Longobardi (1/5): There is nothing else to say but for my bad stay refund would be the best option. - I didn’t like nothing To start the location was different from where I was and .I was in holiday for my honeymoon and my birthday . the building was in sale and since we are there for our special day the (owner )bring strange people to see the building and come inside to the Room where we stay taking away our privacy even when we are in towel people have to come and see the apartment. I leave some things everywhere for see if someone come inside the room and I see the owner come inside with the spare keys without even asking permission.the towel wasn’t wash it was stinky looks like someone use and put to dry only and put there for us to use . Toilets are kind strange to take a shower I have to go upstairs and the shower was shared with others .I do not recommend by my experience I didn’t move out fast to find something else because for the time the prices when up quick and there was no money for it
