- Martina (10/5): Чисто, оборудвано с всичко нужно, романтично и уютно местенце!!! - Roses ни очарова и надмина очакванията ни за тази цена - малко, но перфектно оборудвано с всичко необходимо местенце. Насладихме се на вечерта с по чаша вино, а на сутринта аз пих кафе - има различни капсули и кафе машина, а приятелят ми пи чай с мед. Напълно отговаря на описанието и снимките. Букнахме късно, в последната минута, но веднага получихме подробни инструкции и нямахме никакви затруднения с настаняването. Взехме си ключа от локбокса. Много е чисто, стилно, комфортно и уютно. Задължително ще го резервираме пак при следващо пътуване до София и го препоръчвам. Намира се близо до The Mall и бизнес сградите до него, също да София тех парк, Арена 8888, клиника Зора и летището се стига бързо.

Изключително доволни сме от престоя си на напълно приемлива цена - от отношението на домакинята и от старателната и грижа гостите да имат пълно удобство и комфорт. Лесно за намиране и настаняване, като се следват подробните инструкции, които веднага получихме. Помислено е за всеки детайл, даже чаши за вино - за разкош на вечерта. Дизайн, романтичност и уют, съчетан с практичност - има пълно кухненско оборудване, климатик, телевизор, интернет, ютия, сушоар... Отговаря напълно на снимките и е перфектно чисто. Летището и центъра са в близост, The Mall и Aрена София на 5 минути пеша. Паркира се безплатно и безпроблемно наоколо. Квартала е много спокоен и тих, дори забравяш, че си в София. Пак ще го резервираме със сигурност и го препоръчваме горещо.

Yol üzerinde tesadüfen karşılaştığımız bir hanımefendi sayesinde doğru konuma ulaşabildik. Bu durum bizim için büyük bir mağduriyet oldu Ev temiz düzenli. Ama bir tane tencere tava var

- Georgi (10/5): Excellent - Great location - easy to find, very quick response from the host, easy access - especially if you have luggage to carry and extremely good prices. Modern and very thoughtful design of the entire apartment. All the necessary utilities, close to The Mall, airport and the center, yet a quiet and peaceful place. There are free parking spaces nearby. I will definitely book it again on my next trip.

There is free public parking nearby. Communication with the host was excellent. No shower cabin, or bathtub or even a curtain.

It was a nightmare to collect the property keys on arrival: the owner did not send me the PIN for the keybox on time, then she sent one, but it turned out to be wrong and only after that I received the right PIN and got in. All the time I tried to call her, but she did not answer my calls. My family and I stayed in the yard under the burning sun not knowing what to do. 2. There is only one AC for the two rooms. 3. Be aware, that parking is difficult in the neighborhood - it's mainly a matter of chance.

The host is very tactful and thoughtful. I forgot my clothes at the apartment and she called me promptly before I left for the airport; She even brought it out for me so I wouldn't have to go back. What a wonderful host. 10 points for all! 😊
